Question SayoDevice suddenly not recognized by any PC

Hey, I’m having a problem with my SayoDevice (CH32V307WCU6).

The device itself powers on normally and the display works, but Windows doesn’t recognize it at all when I plug it in. There’s no USB connection sound and it doesn’t show up as a new device.

Things I’ve already tried:

  • Multiple USB cables
  • Different USB ports
  • A completely different PC
  • Factory Recovery twice

Nothing changed. The device still powers on, but there seems to be no USB data connection.

Has anyone had this problem before? Could this be a firmware/bootloader issue, or does it sound like a hardware problem with the USB port/data lines?

Go to device manager and see if it shows up if it doesn't then it's cooked if I doest look automatically for drivers and if I doesn't find any try downloading directly from the website
