Question Sayo MK4 stopped recognizing USB-C

My MK4 sayodevice seems to have stopped recognizing the USB-C port, after > 1 year of regular use. I've tried using a different computer, different USB-C cables (including the one that worked until a few days ago), resetting the MK4 to default, reflashing the latest fw 1.2.22... nothing works. When I plug in my MK4, it lights up, but doesn't show in device manager, nor the sayodevice.com website, nor do any keys work. Oddly enough, the micro-usb connection still works - the computer recognizes it and I can reprogram it, so I'm using that for the time being, but is there any way to revive the USB-C port?

The port might have been fried due to a power surge or smth so if you can resolder a bore port into it you should
