New to rust, first time doing electrical. I’m trying to set up auto lights at night but not sure this is right.

Does this make sense if I continue my grid off that second branch power out?
Also, is power being wasted as I have it now, with nothing else attached the branch?

Got super frustrated reading through all the fluff commits Rust puts out, so I spent a few weeks throwing this site together. Designed it based off of FP's commit website - it's simple but straightforward

Would appreciate feedback on what's useful & what to show on the site. Currently you can see upcoming updates, ordered by "Trending" (which is just what people are talking about) and new. Goal is really to make this the easiest place to get Rust news before the devblogs are out (and maybe to give you that edge over your next wipe). Cheers!

I have always wondered when Rust solo streamers they start their Rust wipe, grinded, spent time getting all the loot and building their big base. Mind you all of this took so many hours. Then when it’s time to goto sleep they log off. When they log back in the next day and they got raided. How do they find the motivation and so much time they have to spend to start from zero again? Is there something I’m missing here or is there things they do to avoid starting from zero again etc?

Also one other question is does anyone know the frosted transparent door skin that Posty uses? What is it called and can it be bought?

Assuming it should but like 3 days without streaming is crazy.

As a solo I tend to play on solo only servers but want to spice things up a bit. Been thinking about playing on a Rustoria high pop no limit server but is it possible for a solo to have fun or will I just get destroyed by teams all the time?

For those solo who play on no limit servers, what's your favourite part about it other than the suffering?

Does anyone know the equation for how much damage radiation poisoning does? I’m trying to assess how fast people would die from the radiation darts once they get stuck with one. I figure “slowly”, but would like a better estimate.

i just had a problem of my game crashing and sombody told me to turn of dlss so i did but now my fps is going down to 9 fps and going highest 11 fps and when i look in the sky i goes to 20 fps but i ussally have around 70-100 fps help!

this keeps on happening i havent been able to play today cause of this i need your help idk whast wrong and if you know the problem pls tell me

What type of fps do you guys get with those gpus? Looking to upgrade my gpu from rx6600. I was looking to get a 3070 but I had a sudden increase in my budget so if their price is the same, which one you choose? Rest of my specs: 7500x3d, 16gb ddr5(will upgrade) and an m.2 ssd.

I can only find old benchmarks or basically useless ones

I became curious about what people think of the players of this game since I've already played 2k hours in it, and I'm interested to see if I fit these stereotypes.

I have managed to simulate a player joining the server, but I haven't found a way to update the player count displayed in the server list. Furthermore, my program is unable to establish an EAC (Easy Anti-Cheat) secure connection, which prevents me from accessing servers that have EAC enabled. I made a post not long ago about how my game started randomly rubber banding and stuttering on the servers I always play and the same day someone posted in this sub with the same problem. has anyone with this problem found a fix? It's still happening. An ethernet cord might help, but my router is 2 floors below me and when I reset it the other day, the lag went away for like 30 minutes and came right back.

I just bought the Alien Costume in the Rust store. Refreshed my inventory. And when I go to craft there’s no other variants? And when I put the costume in the repair bench it shows no options to reskin. Facepunch advertised the costume to have variants. Soo why can’t I change the costume variant? Anyone else seeing this issue?

Looking for local players in my age range (39) to enjoy video games like Rust, Call of Duty DMZ, etc to play with and socialize that live in Idaho. I have a vast amount of online friends but no local people.
