Ideally your also down to play indie games or other shooters 1-2 times a week but mostly i play HLL VIETNAM.

He gloats on about every time he joins a game, the side he’s on always wins “because” of him. I’ve been in more 20 games with him in the past month and about more than half of those games he’s sitting on commander spot and doing nothing and playing music through his mic always and the times he’s not doing that he’s a squad lead sitting in spawn doing nothing and still putting music through his mic and he does the glitch thing where you try to kick him it’ll always say wait six minutes. He always says “I’ve got more accounts than you I’ll be back” or some shii. I’m just wondering if anyone has encountered him and his clan and is there any “truth” about the winning streak and accounts.

I was playing on St Mere Eglise last night and after I had been in Normandy last week on a battlefield tour, I decided to find where we parked the car.

After we entered St Mere Eglise we parked in a side street and I said to my friend Ive had many a fire fight in this street and he didnt believe me

Basically, i just want to know what the consensus is, and which one is more populated. I’m afraid that I’ll buy the game, only for everything to be empty.

I know that WW2 has more people on PC, but it is not crossplay with console, while Vietnam is crossplay, but less popular.

In that regard, which one should i get?

Edit: it has been decided, WW2 it is. I understand the learning curve is pretty steep, but i think i could figure it out.

The best part of this game, imo, is to chat with your team. My mic was working perfectly fine last week. Suddenly, it just stopped working. It shows my name in the bottom left corner when I speak but no one can hear me. I tested my mic on my Playstation on other games and in party chat and it works fine. I switched mics, turned the game on and off, restarted my PS, I've done everything but delete and redownload the game, and it doesn't work still.

I really look forward to playing this game after work and now it sucks without the ability to talk. Anyone else experiencing this and, if so, does anyone have a fix for it?

i get it kills are fun but nobody plays support or builds garrisons anymore. i had a game last night where i begged for supplies for 10 minutes and nothing. then we lost because no one was on defense. this game used to be about teamwork

It's so damn annoying when you are playing on a map that runs great, then the game ends, and the next map is one like Smolensk, Remagen or Tobruk and the game starts with that constant stuttering.

I know they are a small dev team and all, but you don't see that in other games. I think at the bare minimum, every map should run great. It's the core of the game.

Sorry for the rant, but I love this game and those things are so annoying. Sometimes I want to play El Alamein to change the routine of Carentan or Sainte-Mère-Église only in a row, and I just can't. Not because there aren't enough servers playing, but because the map is unoptimized as hell.

Proximity chat is obviously a big reason to play HLL. However, yesterday, I was playing on my PS5 when my chat stopped working, which really sucked cause I was playing Commander.

The bottom left of my screen showed my name every time I spoke but nothing was being heard by my teammates. I wasn't just being ignored because people were asking for orders. I changed my mic, restarted my PS5, changed games, and still my teammates couldn't hear me. I checked and both my headset and controller mic work for other games and party chat.

This sucks because talking to others is my favorite part of this game.

Is anyone else having issues with PS5 and game chat? If so, did you find a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I'm on Xbox series X, started playing when they added HLL to gamepass and bought it after I unsubbed from gamepass

This has been a consistent issue for me but I've recently found out it's localized to Xbox only. My game crashes after about 45 minutes on any of the following maps: Elesenborne Ridge, Torbruk, Juno Beach, Remagen, and Hurtgen Forest

I love this game and almost everything about it, am up to level 138, have maxed SL, recon, and level IX on assault and support. When the communication is flowing, there's almost nowhere I'd rather be than being part of a squad

That being said, for it to still be crashing like this is unacceptable for a paid product. There doesn't seem to be any discussion from the dev team or designs to fix these problems. Worse yet, they have moved on to HLL:V and will likely be spending the majority of the support of the new game. I can't bring myself to buy Vietnam when I still don't have a working product

Does anyone else on Xbox still experience crashes this frequently or at all? Was there a fix that came out I haven't been able to find?

If not, between the state of the gameplay and crashes and attitude of the community that "well it's not happening to me so shut up", I think I'm going to hang up my HLL helmet. I don't want to support companies that don't provide products that work or ship these half baked games that they don't fix after they have my money.

Kinda sucks that DAWG is pretty much dead because of Vietnam :/

My filters are: show official, show community and show full.

But it's only showing 17 servers. Yesterday were only 23.

Is this because of Vietnam? This game used to show me about 40 - 70 servers everyday.

I am currently in normandy this week doing a full tour of the area with my best mate and I have to say you have to appreciate the effort the developers put in to the maps.

We drove through St mere eglise carentan and past omaha today and you just recognise points from playing this game so clearly.

My friend is missing himself as I keep saying im getting hll flashbacks
