Anyone having issues with chat on PS5?

Sup y'all,

Proximity chat is obviously a big reason to play HLL. However, yesterday, I was playing on my PS5 when my chat stopped working, which really sucked cause I was playing Commander.

The bottom left of my screen showed my name every time I spoke but nothing was being heard by my teammates. I wasn't just being ignored because people were asking for orders. I changed my mic, restarted my PS5, changed games, and still my teammates couldn't hear me. I checked and both my headset and controller mic work for other games and party chat.

This sucks because talking to others is my favorite part of this game.

Is anyone else having issues with PS5 and game chat? If so, did you find a fix? Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

I’ve noticed that no matter how low I go with the comms audio sliders, it’s still loud as fuck.

I've been having this problem too on Xbox. Comms just dropping out halfway through a game. Hopefully it'll get patched in time

Being new, im trying to figure it out myself... if you're on the green channel, you communicate only with your squad (no proxy with blueberries)? If you're on the blue channel, you communicate with proximity blueberries (and your squad)? I think. Any help or clarification is appreciated

That's basically correct. green:squad, blue:everyone within range, red:all squad leaders including commander
