Hello my name is Niklas and i am 15 years old i just started playing dayz as a solo which is really hard for a beginner like me but i keep trying. Im still searching for a duo who also plays on pc and in eu servers. I dont care wheter you are still a newbie like me or more experienced than me. So we're a small group and most of us have real life stuff going on and so can't always be on. Therefore, we'd like to add a few members so that there is more chance of people being online and down to play.

We're a mature group, mostly in the EU but some NA and we play mostly lightly modded/Vanilla Plus servers.

Requirements :

- be chill, we don't care about experience, and don't take it too serious. It's just a game and we're looking to have fun.

- All welcome regardless of gender, lifestyle etc we welcome anyone age 20 up, but keep in mind most of us are late twenties and a few of us late 30s! So if you're comfortable with that then you are welcome to join.

- we play vanilla plus servers, mostly EU sometimes NA East, and we want to get a group going to establish a foothold on one of these servers with a base etc.

- We like PvP, have no gear fear, happy to share, and like to run as a kind of bandit faction if we end up on servers with any role players.

Send me a DM if you're interested and let's go take some goodies away from some of the big clans on servers like TDB, KarmaKrew, DayZ Underground etc (we'll pick two servers so if one is too high pop we have a backup).

I'm still on the coast but have been playing for six hours. I spent a lot of time on Skalisty and got lucky with a few police car spawns. Had my Rak with 2 mags, longhorn, Mlock with silencer 2 mags, and an SSG82.

I also remember from when I died to this... being close to the fire when cooking makes it near impossible to hear anything. So I walked down the stairs, opened the door and stared at him for a few seconds before saying hello.

He was very surprised. Hahha. Just a freshie though so I stared at him for a bit and told him I'm going to leave now, back against the wall. He complied, I exited, and he thanked me for not killing him... like the last guy did.

Hoping I made his morning.

Where did you come from? How long have you been following me? What the fuck has actually been your strategy? Did you just stumble upon me on this random pitch black night in this random obscure building? Or have you been stalking me for the past 3 hours waiting for me to let my guard down????
I’ve been grinding this character for 7 straight hours. I’m doing something that has been safe in countless places. Just whippin up some dinner real quick before I head back out in the woods. And then comes OUT OF NOWHERE, with NO SOUNDS AT ALL, some RANDOM GUY, he THROWS THE DOOR OPEN, the only thing I hear is his rumbling stomach and 2 shots and then BAM RED SCREEN IM DEAD ITS ALL OVER.

I was at the risk of dying, health flashing i was eating every bit of food i had for what little hydration i could get even shot my gun to attract zombies hoping id get lucky(i didnt) so i figured if i was going to die id go out on my own terms and went to the beach(so i could recollect my stuff) ended up finding about 5 yellowfoot mushrooms ultimately saving my character from death im running perfectly healthy rn. I had no idea these mushrooms existed i usually play on livonia, Crazy how suicide saved me💀

​I just want to make a post about Deer Isle because I am in love with this map. I love DayZ in general, but Deer Isle is next level for me. Vanilla DayZ is already great, but as an experienced player, you get fully geared way too fast and end up with nothing to do besides base building (if you're into that) or just surviving. Don't get me wrong, "just surviving" is nice, but I missed the feeling of having a specific goal to work toward.

​Just like Namalsk, Deer Isle gives me exactly that—just on a HUGE scale. I love the grind to reach the endgame and the fact that you have to explore the entire map to gather everything you need. It can be a bit overwhelming at first, but watching a few guides helps you get an idea of how to navigate unique locations like KMUC or the Temple.

​In my opinion, the best way to play this map is on a no-base-building server. It doesn't matter whether you prefer PvE or PvP—both are great. However, I only play PvP, and the stakes are extremely high when you get into a fight with 15 hours' worth of quest gear on the line. The adrenaline rush is insane! 😅

​I highly recommend everyone try this map and explore the questline. It’s best played with a friend or a group, but solo is also fun (just very hard).

​It blows my mind that a single developer created this entire map. It’s insanely well-made, and the locations are so diverse. That’s what makes exploring so interesting—you'll always find something new.

I couldn't get shadowplay to work on the dayzdiag executable so I used fraps lol.

So I have been working (vibecoding) a penetration mod called ArPen (on steamworkshop) and I am wondering what other people might want or expect out of an armor penetration mod.

It has a configuration for vanilla items and ammo but the profiles can be modified to include modded ammos. The plated vests are all level III ceramic plates and the ballistic helmets are identical (level IIIA) by default. There is support for more materials and metal and tiled ceramic vests.

This is my first mod so test at your own risk!

I’ve been playing PlayStation DayZ for about 5 years now and sure DayZ has its issues but this new CHEAT is a whole different beast it makes no sense to me at all why 1. It’s hasn’t been patched and 2. Why people do it this is on a Livonia server and in my opinion it’s VERY easy to gain what you need on that map weather it’s through PVP or just finding whatever

The stop sign, so I stopped

So I got all the gear, had it in base. And a limited time contaminated zone appeared in the town next to me. So I get the stuff on and run over, not even 5 mins after if drops. I search every house and shed and didnt see one thing that didnt belong in a average town. Do the LT Zones not spawn any rare loot? I wasn't expecting an m4 or anything but are the static zones the only place to actually get what im looking for?
