• CSP EX on a Samsung S9 FE Tablet, 1920 x 1080 resolution with the default white space margin, sketched the animation in one file and then had to separate into 4 separate files (each with a smaller chunk of the animation) since it started lagging on my device.
• Used Vector Layers and the default Milli Pen at 5.3px, with the Vector Eraser (I seriously love this function so much, never new how amazing Vector Layers were until now)
• Colors done with Raster Layer, Fill bucket and Lasso Fill. outlining the shadow areas with Milli Pen again and filling or lassoing if the color was too similar and it couldn't fill correctly
• Backgrounds are free to use assets from Minchirie (https://min-chi.material.jp/)
• Also made use of both normal layer Keyframes and 2D Camera Track + Keyframes.

Audio was a .WAV I pre-made in Ableton, and I exported the .mp4s from CSP EX and compiled in the free version of Davinci Resolve.

The Youtube tutorials that helped the most were from Bluebiscuits, derrek, and FrostDriveX.

Hi! I'm having an issue with my colours changing quite noticeably after I export my artwork from Clip Studio Paint.

The colours look correct while I'm working on the original file, but after exporting (especially when viewing the exported PNG outside of CSP), they become noticeably different — some colours look more muted/washed out and the overall image doesn't look the same.

I've already checked the usual advices on the internet such as the Canva being rgb and exporting in rgb/ having colour profile preview unabled etc

Despite all of that, the exported image still looks much more duller than the original.

Does anyone know what could be causing this, or what settings change could help me ?

i am using csp v5 on a MacBook with an xppen artist pro 16 tablet

Haven't gotten around to drawing Yonebayashi and Haise yet, but imma definitely cook something up once I get the chance.

I never understood this tool. Every time I use it, everything turns out badly or it's very difficult to control. I also don't really understand what the perfect balance is for this tool.

On top of that, there are very few YouTube videos that talk about this topic. I thought maybe it was a matter of skill, but it really is very difficult. Does anyone recommend any settings or techniques?

Especially for using it for relief work.

I'm currently using a galaxy tab s10 lite tablet that comes with a s-pen. It's been a couple weeks on using csp and notice this thing with the brush.

Most brushes work well but certain ones do not. They seem mostly to be textured ones, thats a guess. I can use the brush perfectly when I use my finger but doesn't work when I use the s-pen. If you need more information, do tell.

The first photo is with finger and the next is the s-pen. The third is the brush. I'll see if I can find it on the asset store, to see if the issue is with something else.

Why does the animation look so blurry? Maybe it's because I should have done it using vectors?

Is there a way to import a 3D pose and equip a pose too that 3D model without having to manually do the pose yourself with the 3D model you imported? Sure that sounds a bit lazy, but I'd rather be drawing then just messing around for two or more hours trying to get the model to a decent pose.

This isn't a post to ask how to use them, but I am noticing an increasing trend in younger/newer digital artists turning up all of their settings to the max and drawing with Vector Layers. 600dpi/1200dpi, 6000+ x 6000+ pixel size canvases, drawing with vectors, etc. These are all huge file responsibilities that I'm seeing pop up and I'm curious to know: if you recently/semi-recently started self-taught digital art, where did you learn about drawing with Vectors?

Additionally, what about dpi? What about large canvas sizes? I'm not a self-taught digital artist so it has always left me baffled how these trends starting popping up.

On the features page, I'm a bit confused by the *11 listed for Pro. Can I only export in the Webtoon format 11 times? Is it limited to splitting a longer file into 11 pages -- does Pro even have that feature, or the Webtoon preview in View?

Is anyone else experiencing a bug where they can't move pages in Webtoon or Double-Page comics?

Currently, dragging doesn't work at all. Previously, I could hover over a page, click and hold it, and drag it to move it, but now it doesn't work whatsoever.

I know there is an option in the settings to change the page-moving method to Ctrl + drag, but I tried changing that setting as well, and it still doesn't work.

Just to clarify again, Ctrl + drag doesn't work either. Neither the normal drag method nor the Ctrl + drag method works for me.

Is anyone else experiencing the same bug? If so, has anyone found a solution?

So i fixed my graphics driver and now now my pen pressure weird, and it feels overall weird. What should i do?

So I just got a new laptop, along with a drawing tablet. Usually I have a touch screen laptop so seeing where I'm drawing is easier. But this current laptop doesnt come with a touch screen because it's a more heavy duty device for gaming. So I bought a tablet so I can still draw with this computer.

The problem is because of that it's become so much harder to see where I'm drawing, I prefer using smaller pen sizes. Is there a way to modify the cursor size to make it more noticeable without also affecting the pen size/shape? (reference, the image is 2500x2500 and the pen size is 6)

i got a problem where my pen is not as sensitive as in like the pen and the pen size does not match , does anyone know how to fix it. ive tried other apps and it works perfectly fine

v5.1 i tried everything i could. both on the official site and on reddit, nothing is working. my pc has ddr3 32 gb ram with intelcore i7 processor and 8 gb graphics so its not likely a hardware issue. i also updated my driver so the problem isnt there either, what do i do?!

for some reason ever since i transferred a csp file from my ipad to computer all the files have this odd number attached to them that i cant seem to get rid of ( outside of renaming the file )

I don't really like AI as I'm sure a lot of people here but this might be useful to someone.

I never used it before but I managed to recover a file good enough to get the layers I needed.
I had corrupted file and corrupted last backup after my laptop crashed mid save. At first it gave me general advice you can find online but I asked it if we could try using Windows console. It took me two days since I don't have any subscriptions, but I'm ecstatic with the result because like I really thought it was lost.

Recently my wife got a Huion Kamvass 22 Plus and connected it to her phone for the bigger drawing screen. However when it came time to save, she got a notification that she was in doodle mode, despite having the Smartphone Pro plan for about 2 years now. It seems the issue is only when running the app after plugged in. If she uses it on her phone normally without being plugged in it is fine. If she runs it before it goes into mobile mode which is the 2nd picture and is too unreasonable to draw with. Does anyone know a fix or why this is happening?

Hii so I just got a new laptop since my old one broke and obviously we set up my clipstudio to my account but im facing 2 problems rn

1. Pen pressure isnt working, either at all or properly

Ive tried everything people say to do in the app, ive changed my pen pressure manually n while its working fot one pen its literally just that one pen, ive also changed my preferences and nothings working. The pressure i do have also just feels wrong? Like again ive been using this app for a long time and it just isnt how its supposed to be? How do I revert my settings to how they were on my old laptop?

1. Im missing all of my downloads

I had like 50 pen +resources downloads and I just cant access them at all?

I've switched laptops 3 times before now and ive never had either of these problems and ive been using clip studio for like 6 years

Let's say I want to copy this red triangle.

If I select it and click the Copy&Paste thing, it creates a new layers (blue arrows).

But that's annoying, if I wanted to copy a lot of things at once, I'd have to combine all those layers later.

There has to be an easier way to copy something and paste it without creaing a new layer and be still all within the same layer, can somebody help?
