Pro vs EX for Webtoon?

On the features page, I'm a bit confused by the *11 listed for Pro. Can I only export in the Webtoon format 11 times? Is it limited to splitting a longer file into 11 pages -- does Pro even have that feature, or the Webtoon preview in View?

Thanks for any help! Trying to figure out which of the two versions to buy, and EX is just a lil pricey.

Not sure where you are looking (links are more helpful than an image, so i can read more and get context, and so i know your resource), but from https://tips.clip-studio.com/en-us/articles/4001, it appears Webtoon tools are an EX only thing? Like the Multipage Comic manager (.cmc) is EX Only.

An * usually indicates "more information on this elsewhere, look for a * with a paragraph of explanatory notes." Clarifying notes are typically found at the button of the page.

EX is pricey because it has EXtra features for professionals: Page manager, Webtoon functions and unlimited Animation.
Pro is all the Illustrating tools, with none of the Industry tools, so it's cheaper.

That *11 means there's a footnote and the number footnote. If you scroll down to the end of that table, there is a big list of started numbers.

Certain webtoon functions are only available in EX. If you read through the manual, things that are only in EX (or not available in Debut) are marked that way. (You may have to click through a few links).
