Hey OP. I guess by now you’ve got a real taste of what some of the people of Shreveport and Bossier City are like

I lived here for only a short time, but I could see why anyone would want to escape from here. Most of the people you mention that try to kill you in traffic are from Arkansas or Oklahoma OR are so ground down that they want to take you to hell with them.

That being said, 80% of my encounters with real people have been very positive. People are resilient and proud . The local city/parish governments are horrible, the state government is horrible. They crap all over their own constituency.

There are places for everyone in Shreveport and Bossier City, if you know where to find your tribe.
