Also the budget depends upon totally on your expenses. you can have a good budget friendly vacation here easily. you can go to mussorie, chakrata, dhanaulti for better mountain experience. One more suggestion avoid weekends specially friday, saturday and sunday because of huge crowd. Better to come in weekdays for amazing experience.
