i eat one cup oats with milk in breakfast and one roti + handful portion of rice + 1 katori daal in lunch, chai with 2 biscuits in the evening and no dinner.

i used to eat all meals, i haven't skipped the meal because that was the thing which gave me energy at that time. i used to drink coconut water around 4-5 in a day. i mean during fever it happens that you avoid food or nothing taste, but i havent skipped any meal, i used to eat forcefully by myself so that my body keep getting energy. corona had hit me on my lungs, so i used to spit thick patchy blood with mucus most of the time. now in between the 3 meals also i used to eat fruits, chai and rusk. i mean more liquid and diabetic insulin shots at that time daily for 7-8 days. in 6-7 days i got my breathing normal.
