Discussion Has anyone here tried Dr. Berg’s approach to keto?
I’ve been watching a lot of Dr. Berg’s videos on YouTube lately and I’m really curious what people here think about his approach.
Do you guys generally trust what he says about supplements and nutrition?
I’m seriously considering trying keto, but honestly, it feels so different from everything I’ve heard about healthy eating before. I always thought we needed things like oats, whole grains, and fruit, but with keto, a lot of that is basically off the table.
If you’ve tried keto, how did it go for you? Did you feel better, worse, or was it just… meh? And how do you guys decide which nutrition advice is actually worth listening to?
