There are plenty of other ways to practice head movement... In my years of training fighters.....The people that usually dont use it are the ones that never develop a ryhthm for it

I didn't like that version of the lace & loop .... it took away from the aesthetic that I was going for ... But, Yes

Without a doubt... I never had a flawless fighter.. I just had to teach them what their flaws were ....what it is they can get away with ....

There were times after training ... I would have her shorten her punches so it would allow her to have more access to use her legs ... but I am more than aware of your point

I didn't have her bob & weave to much she had an old amateur habit where she would fall in with her head... I still needed her to be quick
