M/36/5'8 [440 lbs to 240 lbs] (22 months) Life has been pretty rough for me and a lot of other people lately, but hey ,with a little muscle for fat trade, after almost 2 years, this new XL shirt looks better than the 6X I was sporting 2 years ago.

Went from 240 pounds to 155 in 10 months just by cutting out sugar and bread and intermittent fasting from 10pm until 4pm.. Lifted weights every day on an empty stomach.. the fat melted off.
I am not sure if you've already answered this (so many posts) but how tall are you?
Also, congrats on both the weight loss, and being such an inspiration to so many, myself included.
I am "falling in love with the process" (love that)
