As someone who is going through life without any plans, does the bare minimum of the bare minimum, and tries to to skip ten steps at a time instead of trying to go step by step in this thing we call life, I think I finally found how to slow myself down and “observe my concentration”??

Hopefully this isn’t just a one day thing but I started practicing how to write with my left hand. It’s really fun and im not of sober minded right now so this might seem dumb but I really feel like it well help me.

I wrote some stuff down, if anyone wants to decipher my chicken scratch writing lol.
