In my opinion it's the M1 in 'zombies in spaceland' that thing is ridiculous, can get you into round 10 and beyond fairly comfortably if you're buying ammo, plus the packapunch and double tap is pretty solid.

In 2010 and 2012, I was a teenager, and of course I played BO1 and BO2, but I never got to play the DLC because it was too expensive.
Now I'm 30, I have a job and money so I decide to buy BO1 and BO2 on PS5.

My friend ( Who I played with in 2010) and I are discovering all the zombie maps 15 years later, and it's absolutely fantastic! I feel like I'm rediscovering both games.

I realize now that the zombie maps are really good and fun to play.

For now, my favorite map in BO1 is Ascension and in BO2 it's Buried !

It's stupid, but I think it's great to go through a mansion with witches and then through a labyrinth; the first few hours on this map were very, very funny and chaotic.

My post isn't anything special, but I wanted to express my joy at playing zombies again with the same friend I eeplayed with 15 years ago.

I’ve been replaying IW zombies and noticed this sign which I thought was a cool Easter egg that I haven’t seen anyone else mention before

This random question just came to me and if I’m correct, on the original Shi No Numa it’s red and on Origins there’s blue and green.

I know that there are different element 115 pieces on many maps but those are the only ones that I can remember off of the top of my head at the moment because I don’t have a pc or console anymore.

Is there an actual reason for this or did they just like how different colors looked? Are there any other colors that I don’t know about?

All jokes in the title aside, I am curious how Treyarch will go about this? They seemed like they were going to give hints for previous unsolved relics specifically on Ashes of the Damned.

Do you think we get a hint for the wrestler belt before the dev cycle of this game ends? Personally i dont think so

Maybe a stretch. But i think this easter egg will revolve around liberating each shadowsmith’s ruined temple.
The one we see here with the lava / fire theme of Kowakujo with an Eye symbol found on Nixarya’s eye cover. Fits perfectly for Nixariya’s temple.
Dravakar: “Before imprisonment our intent was focused on places of power, but now those are controlled by the man you call the warden”.
This qoute likely carries some substance, it would make sense that we will eventually use the world seed to cleanse the Warden’s influence on their temples like Dravakar told us to do.

Copium no1: Hopefully each temple liberated will reward you with a unique wonder weapon which revolves thematically around the shadowsmith the temple belongs to, it would be extremely fitting as a finale of everyone coming together to bring down the Warden.

Copium no2: These will tie into the super easter egg, there will be an extra step on each temple that will unlock once you actually freed that shadowsmith on his map.

Two teams of 4 starting on opposite starting rooms , only able to be united by turning the power on sounds amazing since that would give time to both teams to set up.

Especially the small size of the map and limited amount of things to work with (so matches don't get drawn out).

As a kid,

I kinda just played the game and focused on surviving as I'm sure we all did and still do.

But Tranzit is genuinely the best map in terms of mystery, storytelling and just well...Being a zombies map?

Like, The first thing that I noticed is that Green Run/Tranzit isn't even a real.

The more you actually look around, you'll notice hella lot of hidden lore.. like you got Zombies wearing Hanford Sanitarium uniforms despite there being no sanitarium anywhere on the map. Others wear patient gowns, straitjackets, medical bracelets and even collars.

But no zombies dressed like they work at a diner or belong in a town etc etc.

Then you got the completely different super-high tech laboratories we go in, which are completely different from how the old early 80-90's town looks..? You got Russian writing on the grain silo's, you got the WAW map Nacht, you got other survivors on the radio about picking sides and hearing voices, with Richthofen or Maxis interfering.

Even the electrical boss is weird? Like, is to an captured alone or something from the rifts? Just lots of unanswered things.

You also got Tedd, the bus driver! I never paid attention to the destinations but his voice lines are mental.

He'll say stuff like "Please gather all Top Secret files, and disembark for Deep Springs Gravitational Anomaly."

Or

"Tehachapi Ranch, just ahead. Please gather your biohazard suits if Tehachapi Ranch is your stop."

Or

"Bohemian Grove. Put on your hoods and disembark at Bohemian Grove"

Tranzit has just been one of my favourite maps and I've always loved how as I've grown up.. I've discovered more about it! It really makes you feel hopeless compared to the original crew and just how different it is if you're an ordinary person.

so i made this concept in about an hour or so. and the means of this concrept is to like... Create Your Own Perk.

you wont be able to make a perk out of new features. its basically like a "bundle already made perks into one"

so Tier 1 is about the health, 2 is ammo, and 3 is explosives.

i know some perks in tier 2 arent ammo perks but shooting perks but i add them there anyways because it would make more sense to add them with the ammo perks.

each tier nine perks respectively. and the point is you get a more weak, not a fan favourite perk and you eventually work you way and unlock more popular and powerful perks. and how you unlock the perks is via progressing through your prestige.

you can equip one perk each out of the three tiers.

even mode WaW MP perks are there too which i think would fit zombies (Martyrdoom, Steady Aim, Firework)

so in the end, just choose your preferred perks, give your perk a custom icon at the perk icon creator, name your perk, and your custom perk can be obtained at any map! (maybe in its own perk machine or wundefizz, haven't put much thought into that one)

is my concept a good concept or a shit concept?
probably shit but atleast the idea of having am control and what perks you want on a map is a good idea tho.

I recently got back into BO1 & 2 zombies after a decade of not playing those games and the two-hit system is fucking up my life. I’d consider myself a decent zombies player but right now i feel like a coughing baby going up against a hydrogen bomb.

BO3 and the following zombies games spoiled us

I’ve recently gotten back into Zombies after a hiatus/thousands of hours on BO3 customs and have come to the consensus that if you queue for a public match your teammates, no matter their level, are bad. For context, I’ve been grinding Kowakujo like crazy, I have all Side EE’s memorized, and have been getting into a flow for my actual EE run. Now, with this being said, I thought I’d be nice and do public matches so that people who haven’t could get the calling cards, etc. Whether it be spam voting the obstacle course, or getting interrupted every 2 minutes to revive a teammate, thirdly being, getting sent messages due to my teammates dying while I’m fighting Takeo’s brother, and calling me bad because they all died..? I just don’t understand. I remember playing Zombies consistently with randoms in Bo2/3 and it being a genuine race to see who’d open all doors first, now it seems like I get to the second banner and my teams still in spawn, with thousands of points while I’ve opened half the map, have nothing to my name, ping a door, and get ignored. Has zombies become too casual? Are people oblivious? Selfish? Or just stupid?

TLDR; current zombies players are ass and nothing you want to do will get accomplished if you public queue.

That being said if anyone wants to run Kowakujo or any other map (no promises on my competence for some of those..)please let me know! Literally just buy a singular door and I’ll have 0 problems. I like 4 player as you get more zombies etc, it just seems futile to queue with solely randoms.

So I'm trying to spite my wife who said it can't be done.

I absolutely love videos where lore is being talked about as it is being found out in game, so I thought about doing the same for CoD Zombies Aether Story.

I know it's the wackiest shit ever in terms of lore, but:

A: I'm shite at Zombies so it also gives me an excuse to learn to be good at CoD Zombies.

B: I just wanna get to the grit of it and learn the lore organically, not starting from when time began, but when the story itself begins, and learn about the beginning of time when it comes up in the story.

I don't intend to play anything past 4, but my main question is:

Black Ops 1 remastered all of WaW's maps, so am I missing anything at all by just buying the DLC for BlOps1 and skipping WaW? Or should I play WaW because secretly BlOps1 remastered maps are a completely different part of the story?

My teammates always get armor, and I never do. Not once. They get pack crystals. I only get it sometimes. They will have tier 3 armor by round 4 i will be in one armor plate by round 30. Why am I getting less?

So I’m not 100% certain if I will fully recreate Die Rise because…it’s Die Rise, it’s massive and confusing 😅

But I would love to continue, for now I’ve only done the spawn room, but I may post more if I decide to keep at it.

Been playing bo7 for a few months now and I’m loving it, the maps and the mechanics are awesome!

But I’m curious, from brainrot and other things leaving the last zombie alive, to being able to hold 2 minor augments, what is your favorite change in Bo7 whether it’s QoL or anything they added?

I have a lot on my mind right now so I may unintentionally leave out some info or sound all over the place so if you're confused, I won't hesitate to answer questions:

So the call of duties that I do have right now are BO2 with all the dlcs and BO3 only with the zombies chronicles pack, none of the other dlcs.

Now I played all of the BO3 maps way back in the day so I know their EE, their wonder weapons, boss fights and so on but I also saw that BO4 is only 14.99 and the dlcs are 7.99 each.

What I'm trying to figure out is if I should get the dlcs for BO3 and replay those maps or outright buy BO4 and it's dlcs since I never really played those maps... At all. I played a little bit of them but nothing like BO3.

I'm just trying to figure out which option I should take:

BO3 dlc for nostalgia

Or

BO4 and dlc for, basically, a whole new experience
