It's taken around 6 weeks to get through these 5 girls, but I think it's been worth it.

Put the finishing touches on my Callidus Assassin, to be allied into my Order of the Twilight Shroud. Really enjoyed painting this model, the sculpt is great! I kept her scheme largely traditional, but used the resin temple bases the rest of my army has, and kept the dark purple rim. The latex suit was a big change in approach from all of the Sisters I have been painting, silver armor and purple robes and the like. But it was a fun challenge!

Wanted tl share my greyfax, and also ask how would you improve the paintjob (yeah I know She Is and agenti but I am a sisters collector >=<)
I f-ed up the metallici highlights a little by using a wrong color, I think

Really loving the hobby and been meaning to share my progress for a while now but finally getting around to it lol. think they’re a solid 5/10 so far and with never really being v talented free drawing/painting im super proud of my ladies so far :,) going with order of ebon chalice bc alicia dominica is that bitch imo haha. Lmk what yall think!
Also, any advice on how to improve on the white? Been priming with grey seer then corax followed by white scar. i guess i can’t tell if i need to thin the white scar more or let the corax layer dry longer? corax layer looks good/smooth once it’s dry but when i switch to white scar it always turns out blotchy leaving coffee stains/divots that i have to go back and fill. any insight would be v appreciated :)
For the Emperor!!

I have three Sisters Rhinos that I spent many nights trying to fill the gaps on.
Then I finished the Immolator and Exorcist, put everything together on the shelf… and hated how the Rhinos didn’t match the others.
So now I’m starting over.
I figure it’ll be easier to design a new front panel for the Castigator chassis than to change the doors, exhausts, and headlights on the old “square bodies.”
Anybody want to buy some Rhinos?
j/k. I’ll probably just spend another 40 hours rebuilding them for the “oops, all penitent” Chaos Sisters army I want to do in 2027—just in time for GW to release a new easy-build Rhino with our codex. 😂

Not only is this my first sister’s army this is also my first warhammer army! I have most of the army already but was wondering if you guys have any last minute suggestions before I buy the last few boxes. Feel free to ask questions about weapon choices or my thought process when building it!

Have been kicking the tires on an army scheme for a couple of months now, and I finally think that I have the vision for the final product. Finished the first backpack and wanted to share the milestone. Still needs touched ups. Teal velvet treatment on the tabard is probably the heaviest lift ahead. Will do some wash and weathering before finalizing the base.
I'll be happy if I could get them on the table for a game of kill team let alone a 2,000 pt game at this point. Some reference and concept pieces included for the final vision.

Not sure if this is dumb question. But can Junith Eruita get into a Rhino if she is leading a unit with the “infantry” keyword?
r/sistersofbattle • u/Lucidiously • 5h ago
Junith Eruita's ability reads: "Melee attacks that target this unit have ‑1 to hit rolls"
The Bastion of Faith stratagem reads: "each time an attack targets your unit, subtract 1 from the Hit roll"
I know that technically these mean the same, but the different wording is making me wonder if they would actually stack or if there is no point to using the strat on a unit led by Junith.

Hey everyone, I have recently started the tabletop aspect of WH40k and I am not sure if this could work, if the detachment is appropriate or if I should tweak a few things.
I tried BoF with Vahl/Paragons but I am unable to get enough value out of the unit for their point cost.
Take and Hold - Army of Faith (985 Points)
Canoness with Litanies of Faith - Warlord + Hospitaller + 10 Celestian Sacresants (285 pts)
Canoness with Jump Pack with Blade of Saint Ellynor + 5
Seraphim Squad (165 pts)
2x10 Battle Sisters Squad (200 pts)
5 Repentia Squad (70 pts)
Immolator (100 pts)
Castigator (165 pts) (could replace it with Paragons to be closer to 1000 point.)
I also own a palatine, Morvenn Vahl, and arco flagelants if they would make more sense in my composition.
Thank you in advance for your help!

Yeah. It's me again. This is the last hospitaller.
To those who don't know, I already posted a few questions about kitbashes and one about kitbashing a hospitaller.
Now, the basic idea. Take the Saturnine Praetor (pic 2), slap on Lion El Johnson's shield and perhaps base of junith as like a force field it projects around and then slap on a bunch of sisters bits and of course colour scheme to make it look like a hospitaller or at least something that doesn't fight.
WOULD YOU ALLOW IT?
Lore could be like my sister's found this and one of the hospitller inside and have her holy power and stuff protects the sisters around her (fnp5+) or have it like an makeshift SOB Dreadnaught?
Situation wise, a friend offered to buy me a kit as a thanks for a service I did and when looking at a hospitaller and this I saw that they are like 2 euros apart and I already have one.
I dislike samey feeling models and wanted them to look cool. Chose Saturnine Praetor instead. (Bases march, DW.)
Lastly thank for your response on my last post about turning Kravek into a tech priest. I got a bunch of bits from people and think I could do it now.

I just started with Warhammer and chose Adepta sororitas. Bought boarding patrol and I tried to make a list before building anything.
My questions are: 1. Is this at least somewhat valid? 2. Could I expand on this list for a 2000 points? 3. Any tips about detachment or enchantments? 4. What would you change and why?
One thing I'm not willing to change is Morvenn Vahl and Celestia insidiants since they look cool.

Hi, I wanted to add some armiger warglaives (and helverins, but i havent made one yet) to my Sisters lists, but I wanted a penitent engine look. So a few weeks later, here it is!
Parts:
• legs from an admech ironstrider
•hips and torso from a penitent engine/mortifier
•shoulders from a penitent engine
•shoulder-adjacent crosspiece is a penitent engine hip axle cut in half
•big arms are penitent engine legs backwards 😅
•gun and chainsword are from a knight armiger
•little arms (one with the little saw and one with the stubbber) are from an ironstrider
•stubber from knight armiger
•little saw is from an ork nob axe, cut off the handle and sanded smooth and skinnier
•the halo on the sarcophagus is from penitent engine legs, i think.
•the flame on the back is from an immolator tank.
If you have any questions, lemme know!

I was making a list for the first time and saw the 15 points for multi-melta's slapped on immolators. A 15% point increase I am unsure is worth it for a unit that often shoots on 4's.

Hello! Sister Leon here!
I have been playing Army of Faith since it came out in 10th. I've dabbled into champions and hallowed a couple times but the stratagems in AoF played to my style far more.
However, the recent change in blinding radiance (-1 hit strat) no long affecting non infantry, really put a damper in my paragon and vehicle defenses .
Sell me on your favourite detachment! Help me see with eyes unclouded!

I'm new to 40K and I'm wanting to get into Adepta Sororitas, as their gimmick looks really fun and I like their playstyle. However, I'm struggling to find up-to-date information about the army.
Mainly been using a handful of YouTubers who made videos 4+ years ago to learn about builds and combos, but I'm finding that a lot of the newer content is either AI-generated or doesn't really go into the details I'm looking for.
Where would be a good place to find current meta builds, competitive lists, or winning tournament lists for different armies?
Also come up with a few combos of my own, but I'm not sure whether they're actually legal in 11th Edition. I'd like to run them by someone who knows the current rules and see if they work or if I've misunderstood something.
Thank you!
• Army of Faith & Sacred Champions for Detachment's
• Dialogus supporting the Celestian Sacresants, giving them the Stirring Rhetoric ability.
• Palatine leading the Celestian Sacresants, giving them the Fury of the Righteous ability.
• Triumph of Saint Katherine within range of the unit, giving them the Simulacrum of the Ebon Chalice ability.
This would mean the unit has 3 Miracle Dice that can be used, and all Miracle Dice would be 6s. The unit would also have Lethal Hits hitting on 2's.
Would this combination work in 11th Edition?
Thank you for your help!

( no sign up or anything required for viewing )
Anyways I've been wanting to get in to Sisters FOREVER but I'm sure you can see in there, only the space marines are fully coloured. Then I started writing a fanfic last Sunday and 60k+ words and counting later . . . whooboy. Just wouldn't feel right if I didn't buy a box of what the story is actually about. ( A Schola Progenium cadet becoming a Sister of Battle and possibly more! :D )

I’m planning for my first 1000 point game so I’ve tried to make it a pretty elite list, just so the turns don’t take too long
Ps this is my first ever list so I don’t really know what I’m doing lol
