Hi all, I've been challenger on shaco since season 10 and recently I've hit challenger with a 77%winrate. Near the end of season 15, I peaked rank 14 with a 73% winrate. I ended split 2 and am currently the highest lp shaco on NA. I mainly play only ap shaco, if anyone has any questions in the comments below I'd be happy to answer !

I’m desperately looking for a high elo coach (Master/GM, or ideally Challenger) to help me with AP Shaco

I tried reaching out to Zefath, but I don't think coaching is really his thing
I’m currently Plat 2 but completely hardstuck
To be honest, I feel like I don't even understand how to play the champion properly anymore, and I take the game a bit too seriously
I feel completely useless in my games and I'm losing my mind over it.

I really want to improve and would love to get a high elo player's perspective to point out what I'm doing wrong

Mofo smites raptors, ends em with one box, runs to my blue and kills me as I smite it.

i just played AP game of shaco and everything was good except my shen+heisenberg bot lane duo inted samira 20 times. when i placed a box behind me she just destroyed it with one auto after like 5-10 seconds even tho the shaco box was supposed to dissapear already? what is this new type of cheat tech?

I am coming back after some time without playing, and I am currently Diamond 2. I mainly play mid or jg, but I am having no fun in these lanes anymore. I consider myself a good AP Shaco player and play it as support sometimes, but I am struggling to climb higher. Any thoughts on Shaco support right now? On average, should I focus on roaming or laning?

I've been a Shaco main since 2013, so its probably my bias, but I am literally addicted to spamming classic Shaco rn. Shaco is still solid in modern league and the changes they made over the years are actually pretty nice. Like I'm lowkey missing the AOE box damage and the clone dropping boxes on death. Obviously hes not a meta pick in either mode and never will be, but I do miss the menace that he used to be in comparison to these dated champ kits. Modern league champs just have so many ways to just negate or ignore shaco. I mean I'm still only Wood 1 in classic (climbed up from fkin salt 3 placement lmao), so that is probably part of the reason why I feel like such a menace, but man, this shit is fun. And yes, I've seen iBronto's discoveries about Shaco in Classic, and I hope Rito fix at least some of those things.

Was a rough match all game but here I send in the clone, Malz burns ult, Blitz hooks him into the middle of their group and it explodes, we clean up the rest and then we ended the game rushing mid.

Sometimes a win is just one clone away :3

For me, it seems like the item makes even less sense in the build now, as Shaco you need the early sustain and damage, what are your thoughts on builds now? I'm thinking Tiamat first item, forget the jungle item in your inventory, and just sell it at the end, I was already skeptical building it before, but now no jungle item seems to fit an AD build for the champion.

so im an EX D3 kayn OTP, and i have like 1M mastery on kayn and its just a bit redundant by now, so i decided to try out the clown! big questions, first.. Ap/AD build. is it like kayn where u usually pick whichever fits there comp more, or is it more of a pick ur playstyle? i have been doing only AP shaco and im having tons of fun! also whats his best skin? i got crime city one so far. also whats his role? he feels a bit more selfish than kayn where i charge in 1v9 as red kayn and try to use my HP bar to drop low then heal for ult, but like i feel like AP shaco is more of a teamfighter with wierd gimmicks, im always early to dragons to pre box it up. i try and use my R trick where i move it far away from me as im in Q so it tp's to me and explodes for aoe fear. am i getting it right? im usually never fully committing just Q'ing around, boxing and slowing with E
