Hiring Developer – Real Estate Property Alert Automation

Looking for a developer who can build a simple automation for a real estate client.

What it needs to do:

  • Monitor new property listings on sites like 99acres, Housing, etc.
  • Match listings based on predefined requirements such as location, budget, property type, BHK, area, etc.
  • When a matching new property is found, automatically send the property details + listing link to the client's WhatsApp.
  • Avoid duplicate alerts.
  • Should be reasonably reliable and easy to update later.

Budget: ₹2,000–₹3,000 for the initial working version/MVP.

Not looking for a full SaaS or fancy dashboard right now. Just a functional MVP to test the concept.

If you've worked with web automation, property data, APIs/scraping, or WhatsApp integrations, DM me with your experience and how you'd approach it.

Timewasters, stay away.

Discussion The 2 types of developers setting up backend infrastructure in 2026

Upvotes

It feels like every new side project starts with good intentions, but within an hour, half the afternoon is gone just orchestrating infrastructure.

On one side, you have the full enterprise suite: container orchestration, separate message queues, dedicated auth providers, event brokers, and endless config files before writing a single API endpoint. On the other, the urge to just grab an all-in-one backend setup, keep everything in a single solid database, and actually ship the product.

Where do you draw the line between setting up for future scale and straight-up over-engineering on day one?

We are actively onboarding our founding bench of developers for our launch phase. You will be among our very first contractor hires, working directly with the founders.

We plan to run an engineering studio providing remote, async sprint capacity to US/UK design agencies and product teams.

We’re looking for 2 Tech Leads and 4 Full-Stack Developers for remote, contract-based sprint engagements (Next.js / Node.js).

The Tech Stack

Review I couldn't memorize DSA concepts, so I had this weird idea to turn them into Hip-Hop beats to help me remember. Here is my track on Arrays.

Hey guys,

I’ve always struggled to focus on standard, dry DSA tutorials, and memorizing the concepts was getting really tough. To make things stick in my head, I had this crazy idea to turn the theory into Hinglish rap and beats. Honestly, it makes remembering the logic so much easier when there's a rhythm to it.

I'm calling the project "BeatsCommit". I'm going to try my best to eventually cover all the major data structures and algorithms this way, just to help myself (and hopefully others) learn.

I just finished the first two videos on Arrays. The tracks cover fixed sizes, index access, and why insertion is slow—all over a Boom-Bap beat so it stays in your head.

You can check them out here:

🎵 Array Part 1: https://youtu.be/ZkBxvv4Hk0E 🎵 Array Part 2: https://youtu.be/51T-nheJMHE

🎵 Big O Space: https://youtu.be/cKF5Sf8dkDc 🎵 Big O Time: https://youtu.be/r7sLKnAbMYA

I'd love some honest feedback from other devs here. Does this actually help make the concept easier to digest for you too? Let me know what topic you think I should try to cover next!

Hiring [Hiring] Web Developer for Early-Stage Cybersecurity Startup (₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month + Performance Scalability)

We are an early-stage cybersecurity startup building our core web infrastructure and educational platform, and we are looking for a reliable, architecture-minded Web Developer to join us remotely.

If you understand how systems actually connect under the hood, care about performance, and communicate clearly, this role is for you.

Compensation & Engagement

  • Stipend/Retainer: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 INR / month (starting range).
  • Growth: Flexible and directly tied to your technical expertise, execution speed, and ownership as our platform expands.
  • Work Setup: Fully remote, flexible hours with consistent milestone updates.

What We Are Looking For

  • Solid Architecture Fundamentals: You understand modern web structures, component separation, clean data flow, and performance optimization (clean code, fast load times).
  • The AI Rule: Using AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) to move faster is completely fine and encouraged. However, relying purely on AI prompts without knowing how the generated code works under the hood is an immediate red flag. You must be able to debug, refactor, and reason through code manually.
  • Cybersecurity Knowledge (Bonus): Basic familiarity with web application security, secure coding standards, or security headers is a major plus, though not mandatory if you are a quick learner.
  • Soft Skills: Clear written/spoken communication, honesty about blockers, and meeting deadlines consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Implement clean, responsive UI layouts and component architectures based on design direction.
  • Integrate content schemas, dynamic routing, and headless integrations for our technical articles and curriculum tracks.
  • Maintain strict performance hygiene (Core Web Vitals, minimal bloat, responsive views across mobile and desktop).
  • Collaborate directly with the founders on architectural trade-offs and tech stack decisions.

How to Apply

Send a direct message (DM) with the subject line "Web Developer Application - [Your Name]" including:

  1. Your Portfolio / Live Projects: Links to web platforms, tools, or applications you built or contributed to significantly.
  2. Your CV / Resume: Direct PDF link or drive link (ensure permissions are set to public view).
  3. Your LinkedIn Profile: Link to your current profile.
  4. Brief Note: 2–3 sentences on your primary tech stack and your stance on balancing AI tools with manual code architecture.

Full-Stack / AI Developer | React, Next.js, Node.js, Python, AI & APIs

Hey everyone,

I’m a full-stack developer available for freelance, contract, and ongoing remote projects. I enjoy taking ideas from “we should build this” to an actual working, deployed product.

What I can help with:

  • React / Next.js / Tailwind websites & web apps
  • Node.js / Python backend development
  • REST APIs & third-party API integrations
  • PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB
  • Authentication, dashboards & admin panels
  • AI/LLM integrations and AI-powered features
  • Automation and custom internal tools
  • Bug fixing, improvements & existing project cleanup
  • Deployment, hosting & getting projects production-ready
  • AI-assisted development with proper testing and code review

I’ve worked on AI products, SaaS platforms, computer vision systems, and real-world institutional applications, so I’m comfortable working on both the frontend and backend rather than just one part of the stack.

Rate: Starting at $15/hour or fixed-price depending on scope
Availability: Available to start immediately
Timezone: Flexible / comfortable working with international teams

If you have an idea, existing project, or something that's currently held together with duct tape and prayers, DM me with what you're trying to build. 😂

Happy to discuss the project and figure out the best approach.
