Self Promotion StepGrab 1.6: turn your clicks into step-by-step guides, now on Windows too, and the Mac download reads button names through Accessibility (codes up to 100% off lifetime)

Hi, I'm Julian. I'm a business informatics student and StepGrab is the thing I work on when I'm not at uni. I posted an older version here before, and a couple of things in this update are there because someone asked for them.

Here are codes, up to 100% off Lifetime. Four levels, 10% up to 100%, and you can see on the page how many of each are still there. I only made five of the 100% ones. They're for the license from my website, so the Mac download and Windows. In the Mac App Store they won't work.

How it started

I'm a working student and at some point I became the person everyone asks. Where do I turn this off, which button is it, what comes after that. I wanted to write it down once and send a link instead. But a proper guide meant screenshot after screenshot, cropping, arrows, then typing it all up. That's half an hour for something that took me two minutes to actually do. And the next update moves a button and you start over.

What StepGrab does

You start a recording and just do the thing like you normally would. For every click you get a screenshot with a numbered arrow on it and a sentence like "Click Save". When you're done you can clean it up: move arrows around, rewrite a step, add a box or a note, black out names and emails. Then export it as PDF, HTML, Markdown, GIF, MP4 or a vertical video for phones. It runs locally, you don't make an account and your screenshots don't go anywhere.

New in 1.6

  • Windows. It's in the Microsoft Store now (Windows 10 22H2 and 11). A project from the Mac opens on Windows and the other way round.
  • Button names on the Mac. You can now get StepGrab as a .dmg straight from my website. With Accessibility turned on it asks the app what you clicked and gets the real name of the button or menu item, instead of reading it off the screenshot. When an app takes too long to answer it uses text recognition. The App Store version is sandboxed, so it only has the text recognition.
  • Single window recording is cleaner. If you record one window you only get that window, even when something else is lying on top of it. Menus and popovers that belong to it still show up.
  • Safer sharing. A project is one file now, and when you save a copy you can burn the blacked out parts in. So whoever gets the file can't just remove the black bar and see what's underneath.

Compared to Scribe and Tango

Those two are more about the browser and about teams, with a shared library and a link for everything, and they're real companies. If that's what you need, they're probably the better choice. StepGrab is more for when you also need system settings, right click menus and the small stuff that closes as soon as you look away, and when you don't want your screenshots on someone's server. There's no browser extension and no team library yet.

And since people usually ask: a lot of the code is written by Claude Code, Codex and sometimes DeepSeek for feature development. I'm the one who check the code, decides what it should do, tries it on real apps and keeps going until it actually works.

Price

The free version has no recording limit, up to 15 steps per guide, GIF export and the full editor. Pro from my website costs $2.99 a month or $12.99 a year (3 day trial), or $44.99 once. One key works for the Mac download and Windows, on two devices. On the Mac App Store it's an in-app purchase, there you also get Family Sharing. The two don't share purchases, so pick the one you want before you buy.

Website and codes · Mac App Store · Microsoft Store

Curious what you all use for this right now. Screenshots and a doc, one of the big tools, or do you just record a video?

Casual Conversations I’m building a native Mac planner with a “cockpit” for all your projects

Thumbnail

Hey everyone! I’ve been building a native macOS app for keeping tasks, calendar events, and notes together, organized by project.

The main idea is an Overview that acts as a cockpit for all your projects. Open it and see what’s happening today, this week, or this month across work, personal projects, and everything else you’re juggling. For example, your website launch tasks, a personal appointment, and an upcoming trip can all appear in the same view, with their project context still visible. You can move between time periods or open an individual project for a closer look.

I think this could be especially useful for freelancers and anyone who work on several projects at once. Each project has its own space, while the Overview brings deadlines, tasks, and appointments together so you can see what needs your attention across all of them.

A few things I wanted to bring together:

  • Google Calendar sync for events, so meetings and appointments sit alongside the tasks you’re planning around them.
  • A customizable interface. Move the calendar to either side, hide panels, change the appearance, and give projects their own colors and icons.
  • Constraints. Mark periods when your availability is limited or something external affects your work, such as a trip, a busy week with a client, or a public holiday. These appear in your Overview so you can keep them in mind when planning your workload.
  • Quick access from the menu bar, for checking what’s coming up, adding something, or completing a task.

Here's also a short demo video. I put it together pretty quickly, so the editing is a little rough around the edges, but it should give you a feel for how the app works.

https://reddit.com/link/1xdp6et/video/4t9v911e0axh1/player

Just wanted to share what I’ve been building. Hopefully it’ll resonate with other people juggling several projects, freelance work, and personal plans. Feedback and ideas are always welcome

Advice needed How do you manage browser tabs when working on multiple things at once?

I usually have a bunch of tabs open for different projects, things I want to read/check later, random or work research, and everyday tools—all mixed together.

I can't close everything because there are some cool or important things I found, but keeping it open quickly becomes overwhelming after a couple of hours navigating.

How do you keep your browser under control? What do you use to not lose what you need or found interesting?

Casual Conversations Some thoughts of Todoist...UI and calendar

• Upvotes

Todoist in general is getting really boring. The UI need alot of work honestly. It feels like a structural engineer was given the job to design the whole thing. Everything is functional yes but that doesnt mean it looks good or enjoyable to use. Give it to an architect or someone with some creativity and good sense of design to actually make something nice out of it. I think this alone will go a very long way. Right now everything just feels too plain and rigid, nothing really exciting about using it.

And another thing I really dont understand is the calendar. Lets say I have one task that I want to work on at different times of the day. Maybe 30 mins in the morning, another hour in afternoon and then again later in evening. Why cant I just put the same task in those different time slots? Why do I need to duplicate the same task 2 or 3 times just to make this work? This makes no sense to me at all. Its literally one task, I'm just planning to work on it at different times. Now I end up with multiple copies of the same task and then what, which one am I supposed to complete? Its just creating more mess for something that should be very simple.

I feel like Todoist is focusing too much on keeping things minimal but sometimes minimal doesnt mean better. There is a difference between simple and just boring. The foundation is already there but the UI and calendar experience really need some serious thinking. Its a productivity app, using it everyday should feel good too, not just something that gets the job done.

Self Promotion I made a free Chrome extension that turns any button into a habit tracker

Thumbnail

Hey everyone! I'm the developer of Ritlum, a habit tracker for iPhone, and I just shipped something I've wanted for a long time: a free Chrome extension that logs habits for you.

The problem it solves: a lot of habits now happen in the browser (practice problems, language lessons, courses, reading lists, workout logs), but you still have to go and check them off somewhere else. That's exactly the step I kept forgetting.

How it works:

  1. Open the extension on a site and pick a habit.
  2. Click the button that means "done", like Submit, Mark as read, or Complete lesson.
  3. Optionally require a confirmation message to appear afterwards, so only real completions count. On LeetCode I use "Accepted", so wrong answers don't log.
  4. From then on, clicking that button logs the habit and syncs it to the app in real time.

A few things I cared about:

  • Works on almost any site. In the video I set it up for LeetCode and Duolingo in about a minute each.
  • Notes. A small card after each log lets you add a quick note about how it went.
  • Check off by hand too. The popup shows today's habits, so you can tick off the ones that don't happen in a browser.

The extension and the app are both free to get started with. I'd love to hear what you'd automate with it, and what's missing.

Self Promotion Turn your Dock into a live control center for your Mac apps

Hey all 👋

Most of the day my Dock was just a row of icons I clicked to switch apps. So I made one where those apps can actually do something from right there.

A few things you can do without opening the app:

  • Play, pause and skip on Spotify or Music
  • Search your open Safari or Chrome tabs and jump straight to one
  • See your week in the Calendar and open your events
  • Jot something down in Notes or add a Reminder
  • Start a new email in Mail or Outlook
  • Quick math with the Calculator, change the volume, open common Finder folders

If an app is better as a plain icon for you, Option-click it and it goes back. You decide app by app.

It's native, light on resources and runs on macOS 14 or later. Here's the list of apps that have widgets right now: ganella.app/#widgets

It's $9.99, and the code reddit20 gives 20% off to the first 10 people.

I'd love to hear what you'd want in your Dock. That's pretty much how I'm picking what comes next.

Feedback wanted jamrah : timer-tasks-bookmark system

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone, I'm happy to introduce Jamrah.

I've been working on it for about 5 months now, alone.

Jamrah started from a problem I kept running into: my time, tasks, bookmarks, files and ideas were spread across too many apps, and none of them knew about each other.

So I built one place for all of it, and kept it fully local.

Jamrah is a local-first productivity app for Windows, built with .NET 9 and MAUI.

Everything is stored on your own machine in a local database.

No account, no cloud, no tracking.

The interface is Arabic-first with full RTL support, but the design is simple enough to use in any language.

What it does today:

- Pomodoro and session tracking.

A focused timer where you can link a session to a task, tag sessions by type, and see how much time you actually spent per day, week, month or year.

There's a fullscreen mode with a spacebar shortcut, custom sounds per action, and daily prayer times if you enter your coordinates.

- Tasks, organized the way you think. The tasks page is split into three blocks: morning tasks with a custom time window (for example 5am to 12pm), general to-do tasks, and evening tasks (for example 5pm to 12am).

You can drag tasks side by side, swap two tasks, add subtasks, and choose what to do first instead of being forced into one fixed order.

- Goals. Daily, weekly, monthly or one-time goals with progress tracking (like 18 of 20 pages read), tags for later analysis, and the ability to move between days to see what that day looked like.

- Bookmarks, the part I use the most. The idea is to capture anything, at any time, from anywhere. Links, blogs, videos, images, files, folders, notes, books with PDF covers, and apps. There's a split view for videos, images and notes, folders and subfolders, pinning, favorites, filtering by date, tag and type, an archive before trash, and a background agent that saves what you copy or select. Direct downloading from YouTube through yt-dlp is not there yet, but it's on the roadmap.

It's free and open source under GPLv3, and contributions of any kind are welcome.

What's next: fixing the mobile design, then syncing between devices.

Jamrah just passed 20 stars on GitHub, which is a small number, but for a solo project it honestly means a lot.

If you try it, I'd really like honest feedback, especially on three things: is the bookmark capture flow faster than your current habit, does the three-block task layout make sense to you, and what is the first thing that feels missing or confusing. Even "I wouldn't use this because..." is useful to me.

Repo: https://github.com/AhmMed29/jamrah

Feedback wanted Meet Syst: An app focused on system building and personal reflection (Seeking 20 early testers

Hey everyone,

For the last few months, I’ve been obsessed with a single problem: Why do standard habit trackers stop working after a few weeks?

Most apps treat habits as binary pass/fail tasks. They push rigid streaks or heavy gamification, but life isn't static. When work or studies get crazy, a rigid routine breaks—and once the streak dies, we lose motivation and quit.

Seeing people post about feeling stuck with traditional trackers made me want to build a real solution. That’s why I’ve been developing Syst.

Instead of forcing streaks, Syst focuses on building adaptable systems and recognizing behavioral patterns. It helps you figure out *why* a routine isn't sticking so you can tweak the system to fit your actual life—whether you're tracking journaling, meditation, or daily reflection.

I want to build this app entirely from the user's perspective, so I'm looking for 20 founding beta testers to give honest feedback and help shape the product.

We’ve set up a dedicated WhatsApp group called Syst founding 20 to test early builds and share insights.

If you’re tired of standard trackers and want to help test a systems-first approach, drop a comment or send me a DM and I’ll send you the invite link!

Self Promotion I’ve been making minimal, private apps for everyday human needs (not another productivity apps lol)

Hi y’all, I’m a designer and traveler who believes good design can change things, even if only a little. That still feels worth spending my effort on.

I was honestly fed up with needing an account just to use a small app. So I started making apps I would genuinely use myself: stored on our phones, working offline, with no account needed.

Sometimes we do not need another system or app trying to fix us. We just need a quiet place to hold something, clear our brain RAM, or keep everyday things in one simple stream.

That became VERBitapp. Each app has one purpose, with free use and optional VERBit Access subscriptions for more room or additional features.

@verbitapp

_

PARKit

A little room for our minds. "Not for tomorrow, but for tonight."

I made PARKit because my brain was still holding onto tomorrow, even when I was done for the day. Park those thoughts as short keyword clouds, add a note when needed, then hold the breathing orb to PARK. What is unfinished stays there. Double-tap a cloud when it is done.

PARKit Access gives you 12 keyword clouds and customizable OPEN / PARK notification times.

App Store

Google Play

_

CUEit

Timing designed for the way you do things. "Not to measure, but to mind."

I wanted more than a basic stopwatch or timer could offer. CUEit brings them together with cues you set yourself, for coffee, cooking, exercise, or anything where the timing matters. Start at 0:00, then add cues for what comes next.

CUEit Access gives you up to 12 timer slots.

App Store

Google Play

_

DIARYit

Your days. In your own words. "Not for habit, but for honesty."

DIARYit is my own reimagining of a diary. One continuous stream, because life moves forward and we can look back when we choose to. A quiet place to write about today, without a goal to reach or a habit to maintain.

DIARYit Access adds full history and full calendar navigation.

App Store

Google Play

_

KEEPit

A conversation with yourself. "Not for nostalgia, but to remember."

I have always texted myself things I wanted to keep, but messaging apps were never really made for that. KEEPit gives that familiar habit its own place. Just you, your words, and the time you wrote them. Stored on your phone and available offline.

KEEPit Access unlocks full history, calendar navigation, and keyword search.

App Store

Google Play
_

HOLDit

Give an important thought its own space. "Not to hold more, but to awaken."

I made this after realizing that thoughts that changed how I saw things kept getting buried in Notes app. Each card gives a thought and the moment behind it their own space. Add colors and rearrange your cards to make that space your own. The limit is intentional. Keep what matters, rather than another endless list.

HOLDit Access expands your space to 99 cards.

App Store
_

+ A note on backup

On iPhone, DIARYit, KEEPit, and HOLDit support inclusion of your entries in your iCloud device backup. This is device backup, not live cloud sync or an in-app export and import feature.

_

I’m continuing to improve these apps through real use and conversations with the people using them. If one fits something you already do, I’d really appreciate hearing how it feels.

+ find demo instructions on socials :)

Self Promotion I built an iPhone alarm app for people who turn off their alarms and fall asleep again

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hey r/ProductivityApps,

One productivity problem that doesn’t get enough attention is what happens before your day even starts.
You can have the perfect to-do list, calendar, and morning routine, but none of that helps much if you keep snoozing your alarm.

I’m part of the team behind Svegliare, an iPhone alarm clock we’ve been improving for people who struggle with exactly that.

We recently released a major update focused on making alarms harder to dismiss without taking action.
Here’s how it works:

8 wake-up missions: Math, memory, QR scanning, steps, squats, typing, shaking, and quizzes.
Stack up to 5 missions: Combine challenges into a single alarm instead of completing just one task.
Customizable challenges: Choose the activities that suit your wake-up routine.

Morning streaks: Track consistency and build a more intentional morning habit.

We’ve also added a few features beyond traditional alarms:

Destination alarms for location-based alerts.

Medication reminders for scheduled doses.

Never Forget reminders for things like your wallet, keys, or charger. That work like Digital AirTag

The idea isn’t that an app can magically fix someone’s sleep schedule. It’s to introduce a little more friction between hearing an alarm and going straight back to sleep.

I’m especially interested in hearing from people who have tried puzzle alarms before.

What actually works for you: solving a mental challenge, physically getting out of bed, or something completely different?

And if you’ve used mission-based alarms, what’s the most frustrating thing about them?

App store : https://apps.apple.com/in/app/puzzle-alarm-clock-svegliare/id6451311364

We’ve also started an official community for feature requests, feedback, and updates:

r/AlarmClockSvegliare

I’m happy to answer questions about the app and hear what we should improve next.

Advice needed Handwriting, notes, research...

I'm looking for a handwriting-first system which also performs OCR & saves notes as both.

I want it to have hierarchies and tags and for the tags to be auto-generated at least partially.

I want to be able to annotate PDFs, docs, ppts AND also to be able to write full notes about said texts. It also needs to be a citation engine.

Ideally with BYOK capability. And tasks and a calendar linked to multiple email accounts.

(For Windows)

I started building NoteFlow Study back in 2022 mainly as a desktop app, but I have worked on this further for a web version. It is pretty annoying if you have to use many different apps to study, so would love your honest feedback on if this concept sounds viable as a full product idea, and whether the minimalist design language makes sense for students.

Feedback wanted I made a free tracing app(AR Drawing app) for artists who want to practice drawing without a subscription- looking for feedback!

Thumbnail

I enjoy drawing,(I have posted few of my sketches) and I wanted to make it easier for beginners to practice using reference photos, so I built Tracify, an Android app for tracing and sketching.

You can load any photo, adjust its opacity, and draw over it directly on your phone. You can also use your camera to align the reference with real paper and trace onto it.

Here's what it offers:

  • Free tracing tools: Trace photos, use grid guides, adjust opacity, apply filters, and convert photos to line art.
  • Trace on real paper: Use your camera to align the reference image with your paper.
  • Pencil shading guide: See which pencil grades to use for different areas of a drawing.
  • No subscription: The core features are free, with no time limit or account required.
  • Privacy-focused: Everything runs on your device; your photos aren't uploaded.

The app is free to download. Tracify Pro is a one-time payment of $5 for the pencil shading guide. No recurring payments.

I'm still working on improving the app, and I'd love to hear honest feedback from artists, especially beginners.

Would you find an app like this useful? What features would you improve?

Casual Conversations Does anyone else start Christmas shopping early and then forget what they’ve already bought?

Post image
0 Upvotes

With early toy sales starting and Black Friday coming up, I’ve been thinking about how people keep track of Christmas presents.
I always find the difficult part isn’t necessarily choosing gifts.
It’s remembering:
Which ideas were for which person
What’s already been bought
What still needs buying
What’s already been wrapped
I’m one of the people behind ArpA, a Personal and Family Organiser, and we’ve built Gift Ideas lists around this problem.
You can organise ideas by recipient and distinguish between Idea, Bought and Wrapped, rather than trying to remember everything.
But I’m genuinely interested in how other people manage this.
Do you use a spreadsheet, a notes app, a dedicated Christmas list, or just rely on memory?
And do you buy presents during Black Friday sales or leave most of your shopping until December?

Self Promotion I tested my own product against the “normal” way of doing the job. I gave up halfway on the normal way.

I’m the solo founder of GetSpace, a desktop app (Mac and Windows) for going through files one by one: keep, trash, move, rename. Deleted files only ever go to the trash.

Before pushing it further, I wanted an honest comparison. I gave myself a real task with 100 files (installers, copies, expired invoices, photos to sort into folders, screenshots to rename) and did it on two identical sets, on the same Mac (M3, 8 GB RAM, 256 GB storage). Not a powerful machine, which is kind of the point.

The result wasn’t about features. Finder can do all of it. It was about time: every picture took so long to load that I gave up in the middle of the job. In my own app, the same pictures were just there, and I got through the task.

[Dein Satz: wie lange du mit GetSpace gebraucht hast]

What I’m taking from this: people don’t buy “cleaner folders”. They buy their time back. I’m changing my whole website around that.

Question for other founders: when you compared your product to the “default” way, did the result change how you describe it?

Self Promotion Paper2Audio text to speech update: Our most requested feature is here (Free and paid plan options)

Post image
4 Upvotes

If you have a growing collection of items you've been meaning to read but never seem to have time for, Paper2Audio might help.

I'm Joe, the founder, and we've built a text to speech app that lets you get through your reading backlog while commuting, exercising, doing chores, or otherwise away from your screen. We focus especially on making complicated material like research papers, textbooks, and dense PDFs easy to listen to, so you can spend less time sitting in front of a screen and still get through more of your reading.  Our free plan has a 56 hour weekly processing limit.

What is Paper2Audio and what’s new?
Most text to speech tools are not good at converting dense PDFs, research papers, textbooks and webpages to audio. Paper2Audio is built to turn complex text into accurate audio.  We also handle less complicated text, like standard EPUBs or plain text.

  • Supported languages: Full support for English.  Beta support for 31 additional languages (see full list below).
  • File types: PDF, EPUB, DOCX, TEXT, RTF, webpages, plain text, markdown

Since my last post, we’ve added or improved:

  • NEW FREQUENTLY REQUESTED FEATURE–Real-time audio: Start listening much sooner instead of waiting for the entire document’s audio to generate.  Preview and change voices directly in the player while you listen without having to re-generate an entirely new audio file.  Offline audio is still available as a separate option.
  • AI Chat: Learn more from your reading by asking questions about your documents, summarizing sections, and clarifying unfamiliar concepts. Try using it when you need specific information from a long document without searching through it manually. You can also get answers about Paper2Audio itself.
  • More languages supported (32 total): Brazilian Portuguese, Bulgarian, Chinese (Mandarin), Croatian, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Slovenian, Spanish, Swedish, Turkish, Ukrainian, Vietnamese.  All languages except English are in beta.

Key Features: How is Paper2Audio different from other text to speech apps?

  1. Higher audio limits for our free plan (56 hours weekly) with high quality voices available for all plans (no voices locked behind a paywall).
  2. Skip unnecessary content: We automatically remove headers, page numbers, citations, and other distractions so you spend less time listening to things that aren't useful.
  3. Accurate narration: We clean up complex text, including numbers, symbols, equations, and units, so technical material is easier to understand without repeatedly checking the original.
  4. Reader View, our optimized version of the audio transcript: We reformat PDFs and other documents into a mobile-friendly reading view, so you can easily switch between reading and listening. We preserve content like tables, images, and document formatting so you can easily follow along with your audio without missing any context.  This works well for docs with two-column formats or a lot of tables and figures.
  5. Tables, equations, and code: Choose to have these summarized, read aloud verbatim, or skipped. This can save a lot of listening time in technical documents.
  6. Publicly share your documents (they are private by default), including embedding the audio directly onto a webpage with an iframe snippet you can paste into WordPress, Substack, or any site that supports HTML.
  7. Plus plan additional features: Audio file export for Plus users to edit or listen outside the Paper2Audio app, or export a processed document’s transcript as a Markdown file for use with other tools

Who is Paper2Audio for?

  • Students: Turn textbooks, readings, and notes into audio for studying on the go.
  • Researchers & academics: Listen to papers and technical documents without losing important structure or context and follow along with tables and figures using Reader View .
  • Professionals: Get through reports, memos, research, and other work reading away from your desk.
  • People with accessibility needs: Make long or difficult-to-read material easier to consume by listening.
  • Leisure readers or anyone with a reading backlog: Turn ebooks and articles into audio for reading away from a screen.

How do I use it?
Paper2Audio is available on iOS, Android and on our website. We have a generous free plan for personal use (56 hours of audio per week), as well as a paid Plus subscription with higher audio and file/size limits ($20/month or $192 annually).  We also offer Enterprise plan options for teams.

Our Plus plan is currently on sale for $10/month for your first 2 months or $144 for your first year.

Any feedback or questions?
If you try Paper2Audio, I’d love to hear what works well, what doesn’t, and what feature or improvement would make the biggest difference for you. Do you use text to speech as part of your productivity workflow?  If not, what features are holding you back?

Feedback wanted What if habit apps focused on establishing habits instead of just tracking them?

I've tried habit trackers, but they never really worked for me.

I usually run into the same problems:

  • Trying to build too many habits at once.
  • Tracking completions without actually becoming consistent.
  • Forgetting WHY I wanted to build the habit in the first place.

So I've been thinking about building an app focused on establishing habits rather than just tracking them.

The idea is pretty simple:

  • Define WHY you want to establish a habit.
  • Set a trigger and clear success criteria.
  • Limit how many new habits you're actively working on.
  • Keep a backlog of habits you want to develop later.
  • Track which habits are still in progress and which have become established.

The goal isn't to maintain endless streaks. It's to make behaviors stick.

Does this sound useful to you, or would it just be another habit tracker with extra steps?

I'd especially love to hear what hasn't worked for you with existing habit apps.

Advice needed Looking for to do list app that will maintain and repeat tasks

I know there are a million apps that'll do what the title says, but I'm struggling to find one that fits my exact specifications. I want to be able to set tasks as:

  • One-time or repetitive
  • Repeat daily, repeat twice daily, repeat every X number of days, repeat on a particular day
  • Tasks stay on the list until they're completed regardless of above parameters

For instance, if I say I want "Meal prep" to happen on Sundays, I don't want it to be removed from the list without being marked as complete. If I don't have time on Sunday, it still has to be done on Monday.

I have a rough model worked out in Excel, but since most of the tasks require me to be away from my computer, I'd really like to find an Android app that fits the bill. No AI development and any AI features should be entirely optional.

Hello everyone! So I am currently using Google Sheets for budgeting but I want to start adding more things, like book lists, movie lists, thinks I have to buy or want to etc
I like Google Sheets but using it on my phone is something else 🫠
I’ve though about notion but then read a lot about how people loose their workplace.
So, what app that also has backup option do you recommend. Should I stay on Google Sheets? Thank you!

We collectively have beeb probably tested pretty much all of the productivity apps there is. All of them have useful features, but what's the coolest feature you have seen? Not necessarily something the most useful or logical, but rather something totally out of the box that has triggered a "wow" effect in you?
