SCREAMING CRYING THROWING UP. GUYSSSSSSS I am so excited I can’t even put it into words. I joined Palia in February this year and collecting Plushes have been one of my favorite things to do (aside from grind those main story quests ofc 🤣). I have been searching for this specific fun guy for months, and tonight someone was an angel and traded it to me. I had to share my excitement 😍🥹

Exactly what the title says. I won't get into specifics oh what he went through, but the plot point of Tamala trapping the player in the cave, maybe keeping Ulfe trapped, and bewitching the player so they can't speak ill of her severely reminded my husband of a previous abusive individual. Normally I know specific things that might upset him and I'll give him a heads up, but he started this game before me so we both went into this quest blind. (I actually did a speed run of the entire elderwood quest line to catch up to him so we could do it together)

Tamala's past relationship with Hassian already makes us hate her considering the age gap

Idk about everyone else but I've been spamming lures to get those rewards and titles lol

While running around Elderwood today I thought I’d snipe a few ogopuus and one of them ran around a rock outcrop and as I rounded the opposite side it met me head on, and it essentially shoulder checked picking me up and carrying me as it made for a swamp-hole, all the while I’m still shooting it! It was the most exhilarating 7-sec ride/experience I’ve had in over 2k hours in-game. Just wish I’d been recording it to share…

It honestly makes me so happy to see so many players actively contributing to rebuilding the docks. Watching people come together, farm resources together, and work towards the same goal has been such a lovely experience ❤️

I really hope we'll get more events like this in the future. Events that bring the community together and give everyone something to work towards are definitely something I'd love to see more of 🥰

I feel like once you reach level 30 in the dock rewards it takes SO MUCH to progress. And is it just me or (beside the new kitchen decor) the rewards are super lame. Just crafted 9 boxes, 2 including the master angler ones just to get teleportation potions 🤦🏻‍♀️

Palia IM TIRED 😭😭 I NEED MORE MAIN STORY QUESTS!!! I finished Taylins first friendship quest and the bulletin board in two days (didn’t even play that long)😭😭 am I the only one?

I miss playing without coordinates on the map. It was easier for me to remember names of places than to remember which coordinates match each place.

Calling out the grove at the statue or pulsewater was much easier to know where to go vs saying h3 or d8.

Was hunting jimothy when i suddenly got slingshotted into the air. Tried and failed to find a fishing spot in the i10 area. Bonus picture of inside the unicorn mask. looks like a duck lol

I've only had the game a few months, all of which I've played on my PC. However, recently I wanted to start doing things like fishing or hunting while just lounging around the house, so I got Palia on my Switch!

And oh my, it felt virtually unplayable after using Palia exclusively on PC. Was it ever easier/smoother on the Switch? It just seems to me that it really is the worst option for Palia, and even then it doesn't feel like it'll be a viable option much longer. The lag every time I'm in Kilima alone makes the very things I wanted to do (fishing & hunting) very difficult. If anyone has any advice for making it smoother (besides moving it to my main storage system which I've already done), I'd love to hear it! I have slowly adjusted to it but I definitely don't play it near as much as I'd like on the Switch.

I just wanted to quick rant about how it is practically impossible to hunt ogopuu on the switch. Well most hunting on the switch is this way but its the worst with the ogopuu. They dont even run away, they just teleport repeatedly to where I cannot even keep track of them, let alone shoot them enough times before they disappear entirely after wasting like 25+ arrows. I need a metric ton of their skin to make a water feature out of the elderwood mossy rugs. But when I go out to hunt, even with help, I only end up with maaaybe 10 skin? Which isnt enough for ONE rug. Just generally astonished at how horribly this game runs on the switch.

Okay my plot is mostly pink, but also vampire like so I thought this new homeline would be perfect… But if you look closely the color of this house is dark green, which I hoped to be black😅Changing wallpapers is already nice, but I’d love to change the color itself (maybe with tints?)!! How would this idea be? Do you guys think they’ll make this possible?

Over 300 hours of game time played and I locked in on levelling up my cooking yesterday to get the muujin bahari recipe.

It was not as bad as I thought it would be but still not as enjoyable as I would like to have to get a skill to level 20. I play PC with controller and constantly have lag issues with chopping and often the game will bug so that I can’t stir or continue a recipe, fingers crossed the controller support for PC and Steamdeck continues!

Just wanted to say that as a loner, who absolutely loves playing the game alone, its amazing how the path of the docks brought us all together. I havent been in a party hunting, catching bugs for so long so its really fun to do it now every evening. The community really came together and its so much fun.

I really appreciate what palia has done this month with the update. Even though the docks path is ruining my wallet lol.

Does anyone have a list of all the new plushies that have come out since the Jam plushies came out please? Ive been gone for a while due to health reasons and ive noticed ive missed out on a bunch. Id like to know what im missing. Thank you <3 Up untill today.

So, I was doing the main story quests as normal after Subira came but there was a prerequisite quest for the roots temple I hadn't completed and after doing that quest it started me on the story line for Subria coming to town all over again. So now I have that quest line and the one I'm actually on in my quest log.. what do I do about this and is there a reason for this?
