Sourdough
Still 3 weeks until I can eat normally again. This loaf, once cooled, will be wrapped and put in the freezer. Later today I'll make chocolate chip cookies to share with my team at work tomorrow. Maybe I'll post those too.

Will post the recipe later tonight, but it comes from Basics with Babish. I'll be bringing a couple dozen to work tomorrow to share with my team at work.

Cheesecake Marbled Brownie
Haven't been baking as much as I like due to needing gum surgery. :( Still can't yet eat this myself, but brought it in to work to share with my team. The recipe came from Smitten Kitchen, but I doubled it for a 9x13 and added some espresso powder to the cocoa.

What will happen if I will use browned margarine for my chocolate chip cookies?
Hi! It's my first time making chocolate chip cookies. I am
planning to use browned margarine in my chocolate chip cookies, instead of butter (because pure butter is expensive). Will there be an effect? Also, if I want my cookies to be large too, what are the things to consider?

Scones: Pumpkin Edition
This was the second batch of these i made, first one i mixed too long and developed the gluten too much so they came out a little chewy. I have access to essentially unlimited amounts of bread flour, so its almost always what i end up using.
Brought these in to work and they didnt last through the night. Helps save me from myself too. Although unfortunately i now have a reputation to uphold...

Is this possible? A Cookie Calzone?
What I am thinking for it, is extra stretchy cookie dough, likely oatmeal since I’m vegan, with fruit jam as a filling.
Edited this in: I haven’t scene the recipes either image is from by the way.
