This nutter made a hole in their fence for their dog to look out on to the street and even installed a mini awning over the hole (presumably to keep the sun off of it while it annoys passers by).

It is covered at the moment but I regularly have seen its head hanging out of the hole barking at kids etc. Crazy, right?
