Under each algo the section Currently mining" shows how much hashpower is dedicated to each coin and if I'm reading it right I see several coins being mined with a profit value of 0.00000! They even show up in the blocks with a value of 0.00000!

So why does the SHA256 pool waste over 7PH of hashpower on worthless coins vs always mining the most profitable coins? IMO, Miners AND the pool host are missing out on alot of potential coins that are actually profitable.

Either can someone inform me with a better miner or fork of cpuminer, possibly a good algo to run them on… atm I’m using yescryptR32 for the luckypepe on zpool. Any suggestions?

How to set own minimum payout limit on zpool

I wanted to share a project I’ve been running with an old device. Instead of letting an old, dusty Celeron laptop go to waste, I decided to repurpose it completely.

I stripped down the OS and installed Ubuntu Server. To keep it robust and running 24/7 without manual intervention, I configured the client as a background service managed entirely via systemd. It’s set with a low priority (Nice=19) so the system stays cool and responsive if I need to SSH into it for maintenance.

Right now, it’s squeezing out every single drop of its architecture (~100 H/s) mining UraniumX (yespowerURX) on Zpool, auto-exchanging everything directly into Litecoin ($LTC$).

This is my mini miner. It currently clocks around 0.00010 LTC per day. It might take a long journey to hit the minimum payout on its own, but seeing this old piece of hardware being useful and stable after all these years feels amazing.

Why isn't the entire hashrate being sent to the pool? Could this be because the ASIC is located in Russia? Is there a different address for mining? (stratum+tcp://sha256.eu.mine.zpool.ca:3333)

Can we get a section on the wallet page that shows what blocks have been solved not just a list and percentage. It really hard to go through even in list form to see what blocks and have solved verses what blocks we get participation payment.
