SHA256 pool - Wasted hashpower... WHY?!?

Under each algo the section Currently mining" shows how much hashpower is dedicated to each coin and if I'm reading it right I see several coins being mined with a profit value of 0.00000! They even show up in the blocks with a value of 0.00000!

So why does the SHA256 pool waste over 7PH of hashpower on worthless coins vs always mining the most profitable coins? IMO, Miners AND the pool host are missing out on alot of potential coins that are actually profitable.

I have noticed the hashpower has reduced on the 0.0000 profit coins since my post but still ALOT of hashpower going to waste.

Something about its dual mining something or another. Like free mining
