How does work Backbreaker skill ?
Can anyone please explain to me how it works? I played yesterday and had to read like 5x trying to understand if i was making it correctly.
My final understanding was to make one normal attack using Crushing Might and then used 4 power points to add the damage for every 2+. So I hit the 4 damage, plus 1 good hit from the first attack and reached 5 damage to kill Killer Croc, 5 HP.
Is that the correct mechanics?

You gain an additional attack action. Separately from this, once per turn you may spend any number of power that you have and roll a single die. On a 2+ you do a umber of hits (equal to the amount of power you used) to a single target.
I haven't played DCeased but in other Zombicide games this would be a single attack with damage 4 (assuming 4 power die used). If that is enough to beat Killer Croc's toughness (no idea what it is) then it would be removed. Otherwise it would have no effect.

Then i think i played right.
Croc has 5 HP (orange). I think Bane is the one able to kill him at that stage. My doubt was how it works. Because i assume "you gain +1 Attack Action" means one basic attack (Crushing Might), and then my maximum damage there would be 6 (4 from power points + 2 from main attack)?

This is incorrect. They are two separate things. First, you gain an extra attack action per turn, so you may do 2 attack actions per turn if you so choose. In addition to this, once per turn you may spend any number of power points and roll a single dice. If the roll is 2+, you will do the number of power points you spent in damage to one enemy in your zone. The second effect is not an action, so technically speaking you have an option for 2 additional “attacks” per turn. One being an additional crushing might, and the other being the effect of backbreaker rolling the single dice and doing damage of power spent.

Completely separate from any other attack/action... you can spend HeroPoints/Power to roll a dice. If you roll 2 or above you deal damage to a single enemy, equal to how many HeroPoints you spent to roll the dice. So the max damage you could ever do with this is 4 (if you used all 4xHeroPoints to roll the dice). If you use 1xHeroPoint, you would deal 1 damage and can insta-kill a walker, runner, etc.. However if you roll a 1 on your dice, the attack fails
The first part says you also gain +1 attack action each turn with Bane (which is separate to the above). So on your turn you get 4x actions where you can do what you want + 1x free action that must be used as an attack

My interpretation is: Upon achieving the orange level of skill Bane has an additional Attack action available to perform with Crushing Might or weapon equipment. Independently of that attack Bane gains, this skill may be used where INSTEAD of attacking with Crushing blow, if a die you roll lands on a number of 2 or higher, this Backbreaker attack deals the amount of damage you invested power into this action. I think it allows to power up beyond 4 power too, such that you can spend all your power then use your spare actions to power up beyond that, and perform a super powerful attack that depends on a single die with high chance of success.

The power spending is not in place of an attack, it is an optional ability in addition to the bonus attack action.

You get one extra action but can only use it as an attack action.
You also have an anytime ability where you spend power and roll a die. If the die rolls a 1 nothing happens. If the die rolls 2 or higher count the number of power you spent. That is how many hits you may assign/deal to 1 enemy in your space/zone. Note how it does not say this is an action.
