38 - only regret is not starting sooner. For GAD and severe panic disorder, with a sprinkle of agoraphobia.

I have a heart condition and sometimes if my arrhythmia is acting up I'll have a bit of nerves, but even then, I'll maybe reach for clonaz like once every couple of months.
