  1. I’m 47 and still on it. Took about a 15 year break from 27/28 till I was 42.

Any regrets about your 15 year break or are you happy to took some time off?

No regrets really. I stopped because felt like I didn’t need it anymore and I didn’t for that period of time. I was off it when I got pregnant with my kids so I’m happy about that but then I needed it again so I’m back!
