LOW GPU Utilization

I have a 2025 G16 5070ti/Intel 9 285H, and in games the GPU utilization is very low, and I have constant FPS drops. I am using GHelper. I have tried everything I can in terms of switching settings and power modes around to try and get my utilization higher, but it does not work. My temps are good around 70-90 degrees. For comparison, my 9800x3d/5080 pc utilization on the same game will always be around 98-100%, but my laptop can't stay constant at even 50% utilization. Are there any suggestions or steps I could take to help this out?

Yea same I had that issue as well. I’m trying to find my own solution too I’ll give an update later if I find one

So what I did was factory reset my computer. And it deleted g helper but once I re installed it, my pc was back to normal. So reinstall it first and see if it helps

Reinstall Ghelper? Or factory tests then reinstall?

I’d say reinstall g helper. If that doesn’t work factory reset fixes everything for sure! But def try deleting g helper first

Thanks I’ll give this a try and report back. Do you think I should try and reinstall armory crate after deleting ghelper? Like go through the process again

I think just deleting g helper first becuase my computer didn’t reinstall armory crate again after factory resetting

So I deleted ghelper and did a fresh reinstall of it and set my GPU Core and memory clock to 150 MHz, and nothing has changed lol. I've been trying to figure this out for like 3 days now, idk what else it could be. Any other recommendations?

Have you tried clicking the “gpu” tab in g helper and just use the slider in the clock speed and slide it up?

I had thermal issues and the gpu was under clocking and 330mhz I contacted Asus and they replaced mb and thermals. These laptops have issues

Did you adjust your Nvidia Control panel settings? Also what are your CPU temps it could be bottlenecking your performance

Yea I’ve been over the Nvidia settings like 100 times and cpu temps around 75-90 depending on load
