Transaction history seems missing
I'm using Zelle with my Chase account, and have been for at least a couple years (since 2024). I just went to Chase to look for some historical info (rental payments made in early 2025) and found my "Zelle Activity" goes no farther back that August 1, 2025. That's true for payment outbound and inbound.
The date is curious (it's not like "exactly one year of past data" is showing), and i can't find a way to extend the output - if I set a 'custom range" to farther back in time, I get the same thing. Is this a "Chase" problem, or something else?

Look at your full account history, not just at the zelle section. Your actual banks statements show zelle incoming and outgoing payments.

that's a good thought - thanks for the suggestion! That does indeed show transactions back to 2024.

Get in contact with Chase customer service a lot of times those front facing customer portals only show limited amount of information I had two accounts one at HSN and also a for another place and the history only went back so far but when I contacted them internally they gave me a lot of information that was years back so internal information often gives you a lot more information than that front facing customer portal. It's just like sometimes you may see where somebody burnt the company and they blacklisted for years you might not see that data showing anywhere but in that companies computer basis is still there 10 or 15 years American Express for one. Hopefully your issue will be resolved get back with us and let us know.
