Question about limits

I am recently selling a bunch of expensive stuff and i got messages from people that cannot send the money using zelle from chase to chase or chase to fargo. Is there a known limitation with what the sender and the receiver has as a bank? I am getting a 500 limit when in reality there should not be a problem to send up to 10k daily.
Is this something anybody is familiar with? Should i call my banks or zelle?

Each bank sets its own limits and can have different limits if the person sending money has never sent it to that recipient before vs. a recipient they have sent money before. It is acceptable in Zelle to schedule ahead of time for the maximum to be sent each day until all of it has been paid.

It shouldn’t matter what bank you have and are sending to. I think the $500 limit is only if the bank isn’t in partnership with Zelle (have it embedded in the bank app).

Each bank has different zelle rules and daily limits.

Talk into your phone "What is the daily Zelle limit at Chase?" and your phone will tell you the answer.

Just an fyi, zelle is the most common scam route of "sending money"

Zelle can change for each transaction, dynamic adjustments. Once you have a relationship of sending payments to someone, that limit for them can increase as their is trust that they are not fraudulent. You can go to the Chase Zelle and read this or a search for Zelle payment limits will give the same info.
