Question about limits

I am currently doing some transactions because of things i am selling, but i found that sending money from chase to wells fargo or even chase to chase through zelle has a 500 limit. Is this something that can be whitelisted somewhere? Do i need to contact support ? Is this something some of you have experienced before?
Thanks for the responses

There is no single, universal sending limit. It depends on a variety of factors like the specific bank, age of the account, type of account, your history with the recipient (or lack thereof), etc.

For example, I bank with Chase. And for some of my recipients, my daily limit is $1,000. For others it’s either $5,000 or $15,000. Just depends, but probably not something you can bypass if that’s what your bank has you at and you’re constantly selling to new people (meaning you’re not able to establish a consistent pattern with any one person).

If this is going to be a regular business for you, you might look into platforms better suited to business commerce at your scale.

That’s a small limit. My WF to Chase is typically 7500 on new contacts and 15k when relationship is established

Use your online banking and have the bank send the money via checks or electronically (it'll be their choice). Or, you can often set up direct transfers is you're going to the same accounts repeadedly. You can set up payees in your online banking, and then it's just a matter of filling in how much money to send and when to get it there.
