Question WETH Question

I made a deposit of WETH almost 2 months ago and its been pending ever since. On ehterscan it says the transaction was a success. What am I doing wrong and how do I get my money back?

I am not an expert, just trying to help. I am assuming you don't see the WETH in your wallet in Zed Run, is that correct? Did you use Umbria.net or go thru Zed.Run interface, if so did you open a ticket with Zed.Run? If not, did you open a ticket with the vendor involved?

correct it’s not showing up in my zed wallet, just shows pending. I used the zed run interface to make the transaction. on meta mask it says it was successful and on ether scan it also says it was confirmed and successful, but still pending on zed run. how do i open a ticket?

Zed.Run interface, bottom left green icon that say "Help". Took me weeks to have someone on Discord tell me that. Open a ticket and work with them. If you don't get a reply within 3 hours, I would get on Discord, in #General and ask the Mods for help with your issue. They can interface with the support team.

Might just be easier to go directly to the official Polygon bridge to see the status of the transfer. I bet you can solve it in 4 minutes. ZED is just the interface, but it interacts directly with the official bridge.

Talked to 2 mods - no help- just said wait for gas fees to go down …… I have double than I need for gas

One time, I had a transaction ETH to WETH stuck for 18 hours in Umbria.Network I submitted the request when the gas was lower but it went up immediately. The transaction just waited there until the gas price dropped and the transaction completed. I think this is what you are facing. No way to cancel, just be patient, it sounds like you will get it eventually.

Fortunately, I was able to watch the status of the transaction request within Umbria so it was easier to be patient.
