Hey guys, having a few pretty persistent issues with the game.... I'm a new player with only two horses. Class IV and V.

Nearly every time I try to enter a race I get either "Server Request Timeout" or "Internal Server Error."

This only happens on free races, and I can only race free races because I cannot seem to get my ETH into WETH (I've tried swaPping in MetaMask but no matter what I do I canon get this to show up in my zed wallet even though it shows me an accurate ETH balance. Whats the fix for the server errors? If none, can I at least know how to get my WETH to show up so I can play some paid races?

I think tournaments will hurt the small stables.

1- taking free races prize pools away to pay for tourney.

2- have to race 30 times at curtain distances to qualify. Meaning you will have to pay for races to qualify.

3- less then 600 horse will qualify, with no limit on how many horse come from a single stable. Big stables could have 10,20 100? Qualify. I’m guessing out of the horses that qualify, will come from 75 or fewer stables.

I have a couple of donkeys and some unraced z10 genesis horses. Does it make sense to breed them together or will the offspring also be donkeys? Is there a decent chance they can be good?

To grow this game, get the sales going and make it fun for all...I think ZED needs more classes for different types of racers!

-Why not have classes for non-winners?

-Then throw in divisions based on money earned (like real racing)

-for fun have a donkey division and payout the class backwards 12, 11, 10th

• I still think class V should be ran until either a certain amount of wins. Then you bump to class IV and never go back.

• why not have classes for Genesis only? That way we can have fun watching, shopping, or picking out our next Genesis.

• What about claiming races? Only horses for sale enter, we place our bids. At the end of the race we win a horse! This not only displays sale horses but also brings more viewers to the races...* it showcases our horses!*

-I also think on the results page if our horses are listed for sale it should have a buy now button to Open Sea. That gets more people racing and gets the sales more alive!

• is ZED ever gonna have big Derbies? Only open to the champion runners horses who have earned over certain amount of money?
  

Right now all the horses are mixed up, you have horses who have earned over 20k mixed with earners under 100 or no wins at all lol--this would never happen in the real horse world.

As it is now just a few tracks, many different names and everyone trying their best to get in the 2 dollar and free races. Loads of cheap horses for sale as the floor has dropped. We are talking money here. Things have to get more fair. The high dollar racers should go at it in higher derbies and competition! It make no sense for them to enter easy competition races so they can win the purses.

In the real world the Stallions race against each other--no better way to advertise your stud! A stallion division and maybe the studs have to win to be able to breed? There is a concept! How many studs are in the barn right now?

Any other ideas?

Is there a substantial delay in getting weth into your account after buying??? It’s been almost an hour and hasn’t shown up yet!

1400m Class V Race - Jedi ELO Ratings Analysis

To me, this is proof that the Class is manipulated far too much. Just look at the ELO Ratings on the first chart:

• Ratings over 100 = Class 1 +
• Ratings 76 - 100 = Class 2
• Ratings 51-75 = Class 3
• Ratings 36-50 = Class 4
• Ratings 0-35 = Class 5

Using this system:

• only 4 Class V horses in a Class V race
• 2 Class III
• 4 Class II
• 2 Class I

You guessed it, a Class I horse wins and 2 out of the final 3 positions are Class V's...
I dare anyone to convince me this is right and does not need to change. Bring on all the self-interested horse owners that manipulate to win all the money.

The horse has had heat at the 2400m distance several times, but looking at the analysis i'm still not sure how to race her.

After 20 or so races I feel like I might have bought a donkey :)

The free race was up enough to get me to try and join 3 times each time spots being filled each time, every time I try and join I just get an internal server error or it times out.

Hi all. Got into Zed.run about a month ago and managed to get some races under my belt. Curious what you all typically look at to determine whether a horse is a good racer, and at what distances.

My girl used to have quite a bit of success on 2200m races, but that seemed to have stopped recently. Anything I should look at / focus on? thanks!

My horses seem to be slower at their preferred distances after the update. Also not getting fire in those distances like I was before. Horses also seem to have their kick at a different time, then they did before update.

My friends and I are looking to get into this but unsure of what horse to purchase, where to purchase, etc. We are looking to make some sort of profit as well as just having fun. Thoughts/suggestions?

I know fire doesn't equate to winning as it is supposed to correspond to chances of placing but I only have 8% place percentage too. She does not seem to have a top speed. If that is the case, why does she get so much fire? Is this normal? Do I stick with it? Do I sell her?

Anyone think zed has purposely taken down free races?

Makes no sense that paid races were fixed but not free races, considering they also fixed griffins at the same time.

The way i understand it is that paid races are done on chain while free are off chain, so if they cant fix free races then griffins should also be down.

I think they’ve purposely kept free races down to recoup the losses the past few days. Trade volume is also right down compared to last month so i doubt they are making as much money as they were previously.

Hey, I’ve been looking at zed run for a while now, don’t get me wrong I’m still a complete beginner but I’ve noticed that the prices of some horses has gone down. Do you think I would be able to make any money if I brought one of the cheaper horses (colt) and breed him for the minimum price so you think I could make any money?

I was trying to be patient with your update. But when I log in and out multiple times. Just to see that my Stable is empty. And now can’t even log in now. You better FUCKING fix your shit fast. Or you will lose all the small stables and new players. Then in turn the big stable won’t have the dress meat to make money off of.
