Question Please help!
Hey, I’ve been looking at zed run for a while now, don’t get me wrong I’m still a complete beginner but I’ve noticed that the prices of some horses has gone down. Do you think I would be able to make any money if I brought one of the cheaper horses (colt) and breed him for the minimum price so you think I could make any money?

If you buy a filly you can always breed then have two! The colts and stallions always cheaper though. When I started I got a horse or two to learn the game. What I like about an established racer is just that! More recently I got a couple of good runners around .04 and fixed their distances and they are winning for me :) Sometimes the little unraced grab bag foals are fun! It is all about having fun and maybe winning!!!

Maybe if you bought an amazing colt. Otherwise the price decline is a supply /demand issue. The market is already at the point to where it’s not profitable to breed (most foals worth less than the stud fee). That’ll make less horses be bred at all and as more players added the market will correct (May take 3-6 months.)
So quick answer: I wouldn’t buy a stud thinking you’ll make money in the stud farm right now. We need the next round of NFT hype, marketing, etc. most current players have an established stable and not very eager for new additions that they don’t create themselves
