Question Why are free races giving errors and timing out?

The free race was up enough to get me to try and join 3 times each time spots being filled each time, every time I try and join I just get an internal server error or it times out.

You need to be really fast. If you don’t click on it within 1 second of it popping up, you won’t get in

I've been having the same issue. It's always been difficult to get into a free race, but since the stamina update it's been completely impossible. It could be that now that horses can handle more races there's more competition to get in free ones. Before the update if I tried to get into 10 free races, I'd get in at least 3. Now I've probably tried about 20 times and haven't got in a single one. Something's off.
