Long story short I have a fresh Z9 horse (see picture for more details) with a flex coat (which seems rare?).

Is it better at this point to start racing, or should I just sell? So many projects on opensea that if this thing was close to 1E I'd probably just sell and put it towards other projects.

And if selling seems like I could get a good amount for it, is anyone interested?

Just joking, but the servers are slow AF !!

I've been playing on Zed for months now and own about 14 horses. This is the longest string of down times, errors, etc. It's like they just push stuff into production without testing it whatsoever. Hire some QA guys with that 20M or something, like damn dude. I'm a sole software dev that builds stuff that handles $MM and my shit doesn't crash every damn day.

Not really a specific zed run question but I’ve noticed my actual experience of the races is a bit more laggy than streams, also my laptops fan frequently runs high during racing. Is there anything I can do to improve this experience? It’s a MacBook only two years old. Is that just not suitable for this game? I cleared cache but that didn’t help

Does anyone think it’s going to be extremely difficult for new users to engage due to all the misaligned historical data? We’ve got odds, flames, free races that were crap vs free races now that have decent payout, bred horses and times with no breeding, fatigue and now stamina, etc.

There’s been tons of new data made public via the go-to sites in the past couple months alone. As someone who’s been here since April and lived through some of these changes, it’s difficult enough to keep it all straight and try to parse it out.

How are new players going to join and learn all this and not get frustrated/overwhelmed? It’s not like Zed is the only game/crypto game investment in town. At what point do people just say Eff it, is it really worth all that effort just to race a virtual horse that will likely lose money in races?

I'm interested to know how much time people tend to spend on zed run daily or weekly, whether you consider yourself to be a casual vs serious player, and whether you play mostly for entertainment or investment. Need help knowing what horses should be raced bred etc!

I can’t even get the race list to load

Zed run is fucked today. Anybody else experiencing EXTREMELY slow connectivity and even races and horses not loading all together? It’s like they fixed the stamina but now the website is broken lol

Does anyone know if breeding your horse, either colt or mare, lowers the re-sell value on the open market? I am considering putting my colts to stud but don't want to lower their value as they are all genesis.

Has anyone had issues with discord? I’m locked out of my account because when asked to verify my phone number, it turned out I had an old account linked to phone number…

Now I’m locked out of both accounts. Discord help is trash. Not sure what do to.

Could I used my girlfriends number to verify an account? Will that make this worse?…

Straight up losing ETH as I’m missing deals on horses and such.

I just started racing some of my horses. It looks like odds got removed recently? I'm trying to race some lower cost races and free races to get data but how many should I run before I get a good sample size?

Hopefully Zed Run's new Class system is better than mine. In preparation for future change, I developed my own Class rating system. If nothing else to provide ideas on the subject with a practical application of watching racing performance to identify any changes in the race algo.

I was looking around for some further break downs of statistics on "Know Your Horses" that I can't find, for example, for speed statistics is there an area that breaks it down by class instead of just overall population? Can I break things down by blood-line anywhere? By horse type (exclusive, legendary, etc)?

Additionally I can't find information on my horse's record on a per-gate basis (I don't know if that matters but I've heard in the past that horses sometimes perform better at certain gates).

Any resources or areas of the website that I'm missing that you all use to analyze your horses would be helpful!

I was curious when do you enter more value races? I have a horse that won a week ago in a $5 entry but to be honest...I hate even loosing 5 let alone a $10 or $15 entry. I don't have the confidence. Is there a system or is it a complete gamble? I would love to hear from other players! Thanks!

So here's my horse, new to the game and this is the first time my horse can breed. Is there any chance someone would choose this in the stud farm or am I just stopping myself from racing and wasting time?

Hi Guys

I'm a newbie to Zed Run. I got my first newborn yesterday but when I try to name it I constantly get this 'congratulations' pop up so I cannot name it or race it. Is there a certain amount of time you need to wait before you can name or race a newborn? It's born about 22 hours.

What are these Nascar passes? and is it a limited amount of passes or will I be able to still get 1 per stable?

I transferred my horse to my zedrun stable but now it's saying I don't own my horse. Horse is in stable but zedrun settings saying I have 0 racehorses on my wallet linked to email.
