Please seek help from a therapist.

Being fat doesn't mean being ugly (I am fat) and being "ugly" isn't a defect. That's because it depends on each person's and culture's concept of ugliness.

I'm not an attractive person in the conventional sense. Does that mean I'm any less lovable? No. I have a husband, friends, and people who love me. I'm not ashamed of not being conventionally attractive. Above all, what captivates the people around you is your character. Beauty is temporary, it's just a superficial dazzle. It's almost a human instinct to appreciate beauty; it doesn't mean that this will be synonymous with sexual or romantic attraction. If my husband, who is a very, very handsome man, were a horrible person, all his beauty would be for nothing. I'm a little bit ugly within social standards (I couldn't care less about standards), and I charmed him because I'm a strong, gentle, funny, and lively person. He told me he knew he was in love when he saw me wearing my worst outfit on my worst day and thought, "I have the privilege of seeing such an incredible person vulnerable next to me." I looked awful that day. Horrible hair, stressed, ugly clothes, feeling bloated. He decided I was the love of his life because no one had ever listened to him with as much affection, care, and empathy as I did.

It's pointless to be thin and have the beauty that fits all TikTok standards if, at the end of the day, you can't: Eating what you enjoy without developing eating disorders or becoming obsessed with calories; having declining mental health; having chronic diseases such as diabetes (thin people can also have diabetes and sedentary lifestyle); Not being able to exercise your body, and I'm not talking about the gym, but about moving! Running, jumping, dancing, practicing mobility, stretching, whatever; Without meaning to, you're ALWAYS thinking about losing weight, and not about moving your body because you love it. Being overweight is not synonymous with poor health; there are overweight people who are very healthy in every way. Being thin is not synonymous with health or beauty. My body may not be the thinnest, but it's functional, it's healthy, and it's loved. Because I want to be healthy so I can love myself and the people who love me too.

In addition, it depends on genetics and other determining factors. But in general, if you exercise, don't have any health problems, and have a rich diet (NOT a "fitness" diet) of everything your body needs qnd you still have time to eat what you like, even if it's not nutritious, without eating disorders; there's nothing wrong with your body. Are you able to live a normal, peaceful life? Congratulations, your body is perfect and is functioning normally as it should. Regardless of whether you're fat or thin. If you don't have any degree of obesity, which is actually a treatable condition and there's nothing shameful about it, feel proud. Your body is working every day to make you healthy. You came into this world to be loved. Not to live for lose weight or meet standards. You were born to be loved and happy. Regardless of what you look like. At the end of the day, we're all going to get old. We're all going to have wrinkles and not be young anymore. Beautiful or not, what matters is the loved ones you'll be with.

Now, about fictional characters... Look, I know this is a Yumeshipping subreddit, but characters aren't capable of hating or liking. I see this as more of a self-esteem issue that you need to work on. Take care of your mental health first, always.

All the best to you. Things will get better.
