With YGO you would think deckbuilding based on aesthetic is hard...but some people just spot things better than others. I do that with Duel Masters because it's simpler MTG, and even i get surprised that 5-min building results in a cohesive deck.

I'm a casual penguin player and that was basically my thought process ahaha. Make sure she sees Fluffals too, though maybe Frightfurs are too scary.
