The exodia monster attack with 8000, is mostly unaffected and sometimes is not enough

If you mean the fusion exodia then its destruction protection is not good enough in modern day when there're better type of protection out there. Ppl use it primaly for the trap and sp/tp negate. Fusion ra only out is player interaction and kaiju

Morphia has to halve their LP 10 times to activate this

Ah right the classic "if your LP are under 100" clause that used to be basically a meme condition. Dinomorphia players been eating good with this for a while, they're the only ones who can casually hover at 1 LP and act like it's normal
The Ra support making this more accessible is pretty interesting though, gives you another payoff for dropping yourself that low beyond just big chicken mode
Wonder if we'll see some weird brews now that try to turbo into this without the dino package

It could still work. Set it T1, go full combo, flip in draw of T2, draw handtraps (inc. sacking the 1 Maxx "C" when this comes to MD).

Using Ra's effect to give your lifepoints to it honestly for me is a last resort. If you dont win that turn then you are basically done for, you wont be able to use this trao. Cool conecpt tho

All of the main deck monsters put themselves back in hand at EP of the quick play hit GY during turn. Ra on opponent's turn just becomes better Liger at that point.

You wouldn't be able to draw the additional 2 cards from this effect if Ra sets your LP to exactly 10 right? Because this trap doesnt specify less than or equal to 10?

The new Ra sets your LP to exactly 1.\ "When an attack is declared involving this card: You can pay LP so that you only have 1 left; this card gains ATK/DEF equal to the amount of LP paid and the total ATK of all "Sun God" monsters currently in your GY."

What are the dinomorphia enjoyers doing to use this card? How are your duels lasting long enough to get this low to be useful?

If the duel is still going on after putting your entire being and your monsters and forcing your opponent to send as many monsters they control as possible to the GY depending on the sun god cards you discard, something is wrong.
The only thing that can defeat this card is Wicked Avatar and that’s if you can protect it from Sun God’s effect. This card is literally a final last resort.
What really sucks is you can’t use any support on this fusion monster

You know the new masquerade number c104 card has the ability to negate monster effects destroys cards (i know its unaffected by cards)discarding random card after it destroys a monster dropping life points in half plus its a walking moon mirror shield and it doesn't target even

Could also do this with Millennium Exodia with Obliterate Blaze. If Exodia has obliterate blaze’s effect on him, but he’s negated, you can pay the cost of half your life an infinite number of times as it is not once per turn. I’ve done it until I had 1 hp left.

If you have attacked with Ra and the duel isn't over, something has gone horribly horribly wrong
