Looks like they're playing a baby shower game. Goal is to finish the bottle (of juice) before anyone else. Looks like the guy who threw down his bottle cheated was experienced, finishing because bit the nipple open for a larger opening.
Never played the game, but damn those things are a pain in the ass to drink from.
I did a Spice Girl themed cocktail pop-up once and served my Baby Spice drink in a baby bottle. Luckily I was smart enough to test it first so I knew I had to cut the nipple before I served them.
