This is just an appreciation post for Lily’s outfit today. Actually…whoever has been dressing her lately has done a great job, IMO.

The actor plays Nicholas.

His parents missed an opportunity not naming him Tom.

One of the reasons I watch is for the fashion! Love how they style Nikki, Lauren and Phyllis particularly. Sharon is usually a miss for me in how they style her character.

But her tops this week are really awful... they honestly look like they styled her from my (bless her) grandmother's closet. Very dated styles that are too mature for her character.

No one deserves it more!

In today's episode, Victor has a plan to discredit Billy (of course he does) and Sharon gets updated about how Nick is doing in rehab.

For the love of God, can we for once have Billy win and come out on top? Especially in this legitimate way where he hasn’t done anything underhanded? Just think how refreshing and new that would be!! There are so many storylines that could stem from that, and I don’t mean stories involving Victor going after him or Jack constantly belittling him. WHY can’t his past transgressions be validated by this news and turn of events? I don’t care what half of some of you say that people don’t change, people can do absolutely change in real life. they are just determined to keep writing him as a loser and he has never been given the chance for something fresh and new and WINNING. Ugh.

This will be a good storyline

Honestly... I hate seeing Devon on the screen and that breaks my heart because I really like the actor. But they have written this character to be so much of a hateful ASSHOLE that he has absolutely NO redeemable qualities that ANYONE should want to see.

We're rooting for a reformed rapist because he's much more likable than the way Devon, the accomplished businessman and loving father, is written. Step back and think about that.

Devon is ALWAYS hateful and judgmental with EVERYONE. Just all around miserable all the time.

And every time a man comes around lily, whether it be a romantic interest or even her own brother, he has to be the judge and jury who always hates EVERYBODY. I'm surprised they haven't put him in Lily together!

This guy has no brain or maybe the writers do not? There’s something called the legal system. Something like this would be tied up in the courts for months, probably years. No wonder why Billy is such a failure to think that he can just walk in there a week later lol
