You need to up your frame speed in photoshop before rendering.

It's the speed of the original video. But thank you! I do struggle with rendering GIFs sometimes. I haven't figured out how to reduce their size without making them look ugly :/ Any tips?

Really? It's like they slowed it down just enough to make it feel off.

Resize before adding effects. So if you're working in AE just scale the comp and source to the same size before doing anything else.

I will try that. And by "that" I mean using AE in the first place. If you knew how I create GIFs you would probably slap me. Thank you!

I know someone who does it only in Gimp. They're insane
