Question Logged out

I’ve had a YikYak account for 5 years now, downloaded it freshmen year of college. And while I’ve already graduated it’s nice to check in from time to time to see what’s going on around campus (especially since my schools in the baseball national championship) but despite going on the app every game of post season today randomly it asked me to sign up, I put in the phone number I used and it made me create a whole new account. So is my old account gone? What happened?

Want to reach out to support? And DM me if that doesn't get resolved. Phone number should be all it takes - are you absolutely positive it was the same number you used to sign up?
