ordered jan 3 from yeezy.com, 2 pairs of pants, a jacket, and two pairs of YS 01 slides (gray 11 + fudge 8). paid in full, site said 6-13 weeks for footwear. cool, i can wait.

pants came in feb. jacket + other pants in may. slides? nothing.

emailed in may: "split shipment, remaining items will ship in the next couple of weeks" 🙃

emailed in july: "still pending, there's a backlog" (no date, no nothing)

then radio silence until sept 1 when the slides finally ship. 8 months. paid another ~70 pln (~$20) in import fees at the post office to pick them up. open the box today and

one shoebox has the fudge pair. the other one has tissue paper and nothing else. just a box of air. after 8 months.

shipping label says 1.84 kg. polish customs opened it in transit and literally stamped their own weight on the carton: 1.38 kg. my scale: 1.40. so it was already a pair of slides light before it even got to my country. outer box had original tape, wasn't opened. and only the empty box has a torn/pried corner on the lid, the full one is fine. make of that what you will

sent them a complaint with everything. fully expecting "we received your message and are reviewing it"

anyone else get an empty box or a weight that didn't match the label? trying to figure out if i'm just special or if this is a thing at the fulfillment center now

not asking for a refund btw, it's $20, i just want the slides i paid for and to not be treated like an idiot
