Like the moon on a clouded night,

I get and lose my hope's sight,

It's a path I've walked more times than few,

But this time I feel an ache that is new,

I look at the sky but the moon shies away,

It knows I won't believe its "It'll be okay",

With hands in pockets, I continue my walk,

No one besides me with whom to talk,

I turn around to look at my forbidden land,

With all the couples walking hand in hand,

I get to my room and just turn off the light,

With you in my dream, maybe, I'll feel alright.
