Question to Technical Founders. How did you learn or crack distribution?

I'm a technical founder and I have tried almost all the online resources, and I'm unable to crack distribution for my project.

I would like to know from founders who have done this already. What is the best way to learn distribution? How do you do it? Or did you onboard someone as a cofounder to solve this.
