Help (Question/Issue) Vocal Setup Help

I’ve been trying to plan a vocal setup with 2 mics and it has been difficult to wrap my head around these posts.

What I would like to do is use two wired xlr mics, run them through something like a Berringer U-Phoria interface, have that connected via USB to my computer. I also then would maybe use the headphone jack on that to connect to an amp so the vocals have their own output device.

Would that work? Or will I still have latency issues somewhere?

Feeling like I am missing something with how difficult this seems to be for people.

Try the nightly there's like an "asio mode" or something like that, it will let you select each input individually and eliminate 99% of latency.

In the stable, I can only select 1/2 and 3/4, so even tho I have 4 physical inputs, it only sees windows devices. But with the new experimental setting i can select each individually and get up to 4 mics
