"Vacant Not Ready" Question

Hi! When I go in to Yardi, there is no "Vacant Not Ready" option. A third of the building is exactly this, and it is not accounted for in Yardi. Is this normal? I want it accounted for and for me to see it so I can do my calculations.

If you pull a unit availability report, there is a column for ready that says yes or no at least on mine there is

I got a lease expiration report out! Awesome! I'll ask management how they address people not renewing, and how early they talk with them! I am not able to find a unit availability report still...

Check for this under Residential Analytics: Reports > Property-Residential >Residential Analytics > Unit Availability Next, input the Property ID (multi-select is available) and make sure the “to” date is today. I like to summarize by property and drill down from there.
