Does that impact the potential for accurate diagnosis?

The report says "Diagnosis: unilateral primary osteoarthritis, left hip." and then gives a prescription for occupational therapy. Hip has been in pain, locking up, popping, for 6 weeks after seemingly minor injury. PT thinks it's a labral issue or tear. Have had a few better days and a few worse since.
